Abstract

In a facility management device (1), an operational state information collecting section (10) collects the operational state data of each air conditioner (2) every predetermine period. A section (12) for totalizing the number of operating machines totalizes the number of operating air conditioners (2) based on the operational state data. A storage section (11) stores the totalized number of operating machines and the time of totalization. A section (14) for displaying the record of the number of operating machines displays a trend graph representing time variation of the number of operating machines on a display (13) based on the data about the number of operating machines stored in the storage section (11) from the past to the present. In a facility equipped with a large number of air conditioners (2), operational situation of the air conditioners (2) can be confirmed easily by a manager.
