Description

The utility model relates to electronic devices, can be used in operating areas of any type of stationary equipment, and is designed to collect, send and store information about equipment and various types of reviews, as well as to organize and monitor this information.

The closest analogue of the claimed utility model is a data collection terminal and information and payment terminal with a built-in electronic mail manager, presented for example on the Internet site http://www.sensorkiosk.ru/product/diamant42w/. This device in its structure has a liquid crystal screen, touch panel, motherboard, data storage device.

However, the drawback of the closest analogue is that it does not have devices for reading data, user identification, and do not have the ability to produce audio and photo recordings and do not realize the ability to configure information distribution.

The claimed utility model is intended for organizations that monitor and / or maintain stationary equipment, as well as for collecting various types of reviews.

The technical result, the claimed utility model is aimed at achieving, is the creation of an operational information terminal, which immediately after recording information sends out and stores electronic messages containing audio and photo information that identifies the user and the reason for creating the message.

In addition, the claimed device has the ability to configure interactive menus and distribution conditions implemented using passkeys.

The claimed device (hereinafter referred to as the terminal) is equipped with an audio, photo recording function, as well as a manager for creating and sending electronic mail messages.

The terminal for the collection, storage and distribution of information contains a touch display installed in the case, a control board with a CPU, a data storage device, a WiFi device, USB, RJ45 connectors, a power supply from a household network, a camera, a microphone, and a barcode scanner. Information is collected by scanning the barcode of the administrator’s card to configure the rules for sending letters and the card of a technical specialist to send notifications about repair, diagnostics or maintenance of equipment, as well as by entering the appropriate commands and equipment numbers using the touch screen, about which a technician or user is about to leave a message, and by creating a photo of a technician or user with a camera and recording audio info microphone with a microphone. - the presence of a connection to a household power network (220 V),

- availability of equipment identification numbers.

The structure of the terminal includes:

The terminal operates on the basis of a computer program (electronic mail manager). The device kit includes access cards with barcodes (administrator, technician).

During the operation of the terminal, a website can be used for statistics and monitoring of messages sent.

The principle of operation of the claimed terminal is based on recording audio and photo information with the creation of appropriate files, the formation of an email with these files and the previously specified additional text information to the equipment, followed by sending to the appropriate email addresses and storing this email in the terminal's memory.

Installation and configuration of the terminal:

The terminal is installed in the equipment operation area in a visible and accessible place for use.

When setting up the terminal, an access card (administrator) is used. Having brought the card to the scanner (1) the barcode, the terminal enters the mode of setting up the rules for sending letters to electronic addresses depending on the rules for working with service and control structures, as well as entering additional information and equipment identification numbers (see Fig. 1).

Using the touch screen (2) in the device program, rules are created for sending messages for groups of equipment to the mailing addresses of service and control structures, depending on the rules for working with them. The necessary contact information for each individual equipment group is entered.

Further, entering into the appropriate groups the inventory number of the equipment or using any other additional numbering system, it is determined according to the rules of which group the information about this equipment will be sent. Additional necessary information about the equipment is also indicated (manufacturer name, acquisition date, commissioning date, code, contact numbers, serial number, etc.).

In the same way, different types of reviews and rules for sending emails containing audio, photo files and additional textual information regarding these types of reviews are created.

The administrator, using an access card, can generate a file that includes emails for the selected period. This file is sent by the device to the administrator’s mail.

The terminal works as follows:

The first menu offers the user, using the touch screen (2), to leave various types of reviews, or a message about a detected equipment malfunction (see figure 1).

The user, touching the “Equipment is defective” field, enters the window for selecting the equipment number. Touching the number input field, the terminal displays a virtual keyboard on the screen, and the user enters the number of the equipment about which he is going to leave a message (see figure 2).

Further, after entering the equipment number, the user can leave an audio appeal of limited duration to describe the malfunction (see figure 4).

By touching the “Press to start recording” field, the terminal creates a user photo (with the built-in camera (3)) and starts recording audio information using the built-in microphone (4). The screen displays a reverse report of the time remaining until the end of the recording.

Immediately after the recording is completed, the terminal creates an audio file. Generates an email with additional text information assigned to this equipment number. Attaches the created audio, photo files and sends an email to the email addresses set for the equipment group to which it belongs. This email is also stored in the terminal.

When you select the function "Leave feedback", the user can leave an audio appeal of a limited duration (see figure 5).

Further, the terminal will send, in accordance with the established rules of mailing, an email with attached audio and photo files of the user.

For technical specialists, it is possible to send notifications about certain works and the condition of the equipment. After carrying out repairs, diagnostics or maintenance, the specialist brings the technician's access card to the barcode scanner and indicates the number of equipment on which the work was carried out.

After that, a screen appears showing the equipment whose number has been entered, and the “click and let me know what work has been completed” field.

Touching the “click and let me know what work is completed” field, the specialist leaves an audio message of limited duration about the work performed.

Next, in the next window, the specialist indicates the state of the equipment after the work is completed (working, not working).

The terminal sends an email with embedded audio, a photo file of the technician and additional information installed to this equipment to the addresses specified by the mailing rules for this group of equipment.

The following are examples of the implementation of the claimed utility model. Example 1:

In the gym of the fitness club, a terminal for operational collection and transmission of information (ClickService) is installed. Each simulator in the hall has its own serial (inventory) number. Simulators are purchased from different manufacturers and are serviced by different service companies. The administrator enters data on each simulator in the terminal in accordance with the number and sets the rules for distribution depending on the working conditions with a particular service company.

A service company, after listening to a message, sends a technician for diagnosis and repair. After completing the work, the technician leaves a message about the work performed and the condition of the equipment. This message is also sent to the email of the service company and administrator. After that, the club administrator can evaluate the downtime of the equipment and the efficiency of the service company. A service company receives reliable information about the work of a technician.

A visitor to the club who wants to convey his opinion. May leave feedback in the form of a voice message. Thanks to such reports, the club administrator has an additional source of marketing evaluation of the club.

Example 2:

Refrigeration equipment of various manufacturers is installed in the trading floor. All equipment has an inventory number.
