 タービンと発電機を同一軸に連結して、タービン出力により発電機が発生する電力を出力する発電軸を複数有するとともに、前記発電軸の電力を系統遮断器を介して系統母線に出力するコンバインドサイクル発電プラント型発電所のプラント制御装置であって、不特定な所内負荷に応じられる所内負荷判定器と、運転/解列判定器と、タービンの運転制限内に負荷量を収める所内負荷制限手段と、所内単独運転判定器と、指令出力装置とを具備する。
