Abstract

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Herstellen eines Bauteils mit einer Höhe von mindestens 60, vorzugsweise 100 mm, durch kinetisches Kaltgaskompaktieren von Werkstoffpartikeln, wobei das Bauteil durch schichtweises Aufsprühen von Werkstoffpartikeln hergestellt wird und jede Auftragsschicht vor dem Aufsprühen der nächsten Auftragsschicht zumindest teilweise spanend bearbeitet wird, insbesondere durch Fräsen.
