一种数字电视节目切换方法与数字电视设备
本申请要求于 2007 年 4 月 11 日提交中国专利局、 申请号为 200710079488.1、 发明名称为"一种数字电视节目切换方法与数字电视设备"的 中国专利申请的优先权, 其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本发明涉及数字电视技术,尤其涉及一种数字电视节目切换方法与数字电 视设备。
背景技术
随着数字电视技术的发展, 家庭模拟电视正在逐步向数字电视转换。数字 电视的实现方式一般是通过广播信道下发数字电视广播节目,并提供交互通道 供用户和数字电视广播服务器进行通信。数字电视与传统的模拟电视的业务差 别体现在数字电视不仅可以进行广播电视业务, 还可以实现视频点播(Video On Demand, VOD ) 业务。
如图 1所示, 现有技术中, 用户进行视频点播业务时的流程如下:
101、用户操作控制设备(遥控器、机顶盒控制按钮等)通过机顶盒与 VOD 服务器进行信息交互, 选择需要点播的节目, 确定节目后机顶盒向 VOD服务 器发送点播指令, 所述点播指令至少包括机顶盒标识、 需要点播的节目标识; 该交互过程可以是通过在电视屏幕上显示菜单,用户根据菜单进行一次或 者多次选择的方式确定需要点播的节目;
102、 VOD服务器收到点播指令后, 首先对用户进行鉴权;
鉴权可以包括:
a、 根据机顶盒标识判断用户是否具有点播权限;
b、根据节目标识及机顶盒标识判断用户的账户余额是否足够点播该节目; 103、 若用户通过鉴权, VOD服务器协调点播资源, 发送点播节目码流; 104、 若该机顶盒需要通过光纤同轴电缆混合(Hybrid Fiber Coax, HFC ) 网络接收节目码流, 则利用 IP正交幅度调制器 (Internet Protocol Quadrature Amplitude Modulation, IPQAM )将 VOD服务器系统播放的节目码流混合到数 字电视广播节目流中, 同时通过 HFC网络、 IP网或移动网等网络向该机顶盒 发送包括该节目码流频点信息的反馈信息; 105、 若 VOD服务器系统通过 HFC网络发送节目码流, 则当机顶盒收到 包括所述频点信息的反馈信息后,对该点播节目码流进行解码, 通过播放设备 播放给用户。
在上面这个例子中, 机顶盒通过 HFC网络接收节目码流, 实际中, 若机 顶盒为 IPTV机顶盒或 IPTV/DTV双模机顶盒, 则还可以通过 IP网络接收节 目码流, 此时只需将上例中的步骤 104、 105分别换成:
104'、 VOD服务器系统直接通过 IP网络将点播码流发送给该机顶盒; 105'、机顶盒接收该节目码流,对该节目码流进行解码,通过播放设备(例 如: 电视机)播放给用户。
若用户在点播的过程中希望观看一下其他直播或点播节目时, 此时, 用户 可以操作控制设备通过机顶盒向 VOD服务器端发送停止点播的指令, VOD服 务器端收到指令后, 停止发送节目码流, 点播结束。
当用户观看完其他直播或点播节目后,希望继续收看之前观看的点播节目 时, 再重新进行点播的操作, 但是接收到点播节目后, 节目需要重新从开始位 置播放, 用户可以通过选择快进、 定位播放时间点等设备支持的方式回到上次 播放结束的地方,但是快进或定位播放时间的方式比较繁瑣, 而且常常也不能 准确地回到已观看到的位置。
综上所述,可以发现现有技术具有当用户想切换回曾经看过但是未看完的 点播节目时, 无法简捷准确地回到已观看到的位置的缺点, 用户体验较差。 发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提出一种数字电视节目切换方法及数字电视 设备,可以让用户从其他节目切换到点播节目时从上次点播节目结束的地方继 续观看。
本发明实施例提供的一种数字电视节目切换方法, 包括: 当需要从当前直播节目切换到目标点播节目时,获取预先保存的目标点播 节目标识及与所述目标点播节目标识对应的播放位置信息;
利用所述点播节目标识及播放位置信息完成节目切换。
本发明实施例提供的一种数字电视设备, 用于接收用户的操作命令、对收 到的信息进行处理、 与 VOD服务器及播放设备进行信息交互, 其中, 所述数 字电视设备包括:
第一保存单元,用于当收到停止播放点播节目的指令后保存所述点播节目 的标识、 所述点播节目停止播放时的播放位置信息及它们之间的对应关系; 第一查找单元,用于当收到切换到目标点播节目的指令后在所述第一保存 单元保存的内容中查找所述目标点播节目的标识及所述标识对应的播放位置 信息;
第一发送单元,用于当所述第一查找单元查找到所述目标点播节目的标识 及所述标识对应的播放位置信息后向 VOD服务器发送包括所述点播节目标识 及播放位置信息的播放请求信息。
本发明实施例提供的一种数字电视设备, 用于接收用户的操作命令、对收 到的信息进行处理、 与 VOD服务器及播放设备进行信息交互, 其中, 所述数 字电视设备包括:
第二保存单元, 用于当收到停止播放点播节目的指令后,保存所述点播节 目的标识、停止播放当前点播节目的时刻起向后预设长度的所述点播节目的内 容、 所述保存的节目内容的末播放位置信息及它们之间的对应关系;
第二查找单元,用于当收到切换到目标点播节目的指令后在所述第二保存 单元保存的内容中查找所述目标点播节目的标识及所述标识对应的预设长度 的所述点播节目的内容、 所述保存的节目内容的末播放位置信息;
第二发送单元,用于当所述第二查找单元查找到所述目标点播节目的标识 及所述标识对应的末播放位置信息后向, 向 VOD服务器发送包括所述点播节 目标识及末播放位置信息的播放请求信息。
从以上技术方案可以看出, 本发明提供的方法及设备,通过保存用户曾收 看过的点播节目标识及结束收看的播放位置信息, 当再次收看该点播节目时, 通过该保存的标识及信息就可以回到曾经收看到的位置, 减少了操作步骤, 方 便简洁, 改善了用户体验。

具体实施方式
本发明为一种数字电视节目切换的方法与数字电视设备,为使本发明的技 术方案、 及优点更加清楚明白, 以下参照附图并举实施例, 对本发明进一步详 细说明。
本发明实施例提供的一种数字电视节目切换方法,在收到切换到目标点播 节目的指令后,根据该指令,在预先保存的点播节目标识中查找目标点播节目 标识; 若找到, 则由预先保存的点播节目标识与播放位置信息的对应关系获取 与该目标点播节目标识对应的播放位置信息,发送包括该点播节目标识及播放 位置信息的播放请求信息,从而利用该点播节目标识及播放位置信息完成节目 切换。本发明还提供应用于上述数字电视节目切换方法的数字电视设备。 以下 分别对本发明实施例方法和设备进行详细说明。
实施例一、 一种数字电视节目切换方法, 流程如图 2所示, 包括:
Al、 用户通过操作设备(遥控器、 机顶盒控制按钮等) 向机顶盒发送切 换节目指令, 要求从当前播放的点播节目切换到另一节目;
A2、 机顶盒收到切换指令, 停止播放点播节目, 保存该点播节目的标识、 该点播节目停止播放时的播放位置信息及它们之间的对应关系;
播放位置信息即为用户收看点播节目的进度信息,具体可以为当前播放时 间点、 或者当前完成播放的百分比等;
可以在机顶盒保存点播节目的标识、点播节目停止播放时的播放位置信息 及它们之间的对应关系, 可以以列表的形式来保存这些内容, 例如可以如表一 所示;

A6、 VOD服务器收到该播放请求信息, 根据其中的机顶盒标识对用户进 行鉴权, 鉴权通过后, VOD服务器协调点播资源, 向机顶盒发送目标点播节 目码流, 流程结束;
本实施例以 VOD服务器与机顶盒之间通过 IP网连接为例进行说明, 当 VOD 服务器与机顶盒之间通过 HFC 网络连接时流程稍有不同, 需要利用 IPQAM将 VOD服务器系统播放的节目码流混合到数字电视广播节目流中等, 其他步骤完全相同, 所以在此不再赘述以 HFC网络连接时的情况, 其他实施 例也是如此;
A7、 机顶盒由预先保存的点播节目标识与播放位置信息的对应关系获取 与该目标点播节目的标识对应的播放位置信息, 向 VOD服务器发送包括机顶 盒标识、 目标点播节目的标识及播放位置信息的播放请求信息;
A8、 VOD服务器收到该播放请求信息, 根据其中的机顶盒标识对用户进 行鉴权, 鉴权通过后, VOD服务器协调点播资源, 向机顶盒发送从所述保存 的播放位置开始的目标点播节目的码流, 流程结束。
在上述实施例中, 当用户向目标点播节目切换时, 由于 VOD服务器仍然 要进行鉴权、 协调点播资源、 发送等工作, 所以用户向目标点播节目切换时将 需要等待一段时间才可以收看目标点播节目,为了能让用户不必等待就可以从 上次播放结束的位置继续观看点播节目,本发明实施例提供了两种不同的解决 方案, 以下先进行简要说明:
一、 当用户由点播节目切换到直播节目时, 不断开与该点播节目的连接, 如果用户收看完直播节目后想要收看该点播节目时,可以直接利用保存的连接 向用户提供节目码流; 二、当用户结束点播节目后,保存结束时刻起至后一段长度的该点播节目, 并保存该点播节目的末位置信息, 当用户想要再次收看该点播节目时, 先向用 户播放保存的节目内容, 同时向 VOD服务器发送包括该末位置信息的请求信 息, 当与 VOD服务器的连接建立成功后, 就可以在保存的内容播放完之后从 保存的末位置开始播放由 VOD服务器提供的节目内容。
以下分别结合实例进行说明。
实施例二、 一种数字电视节目切换方法, 流程如图 3所示, 包括:
Bl、 用户通过操作设备(遥控器、 机顶盒控制按钮等) 向机顶盒发送切 换节目指令, 要求从当前播放的点播节目切换到另一直播节目;
B2、 机顶盒收到该切换指令, 停止播放点播节目, 保存点播节目的标识、 点播节目停止播放时的播放位置信息及它们之间的对应关系,保持与点播节目 的连接;
B3、 用户想要从直播节目切换到目标点播节目时, 用户通过操作控制设 备(遥控器、 机顶盒控制按钮等)向机顶盒发送切换节目指令, 要求从直播节 目切换到目标点播节目;
B4、机顶盒判断当前是否存在与该目标点播节目的连接,若是则进行 B5, 若否则进行 B6;
B5、 机顶盒向 VOD服务器发送恢复播放的请求信息, VOD服务器通过 已存在的连接发送该目标点播节目的节目码流, 结束流程;
B6、 机顶盒在预先保存的点播节目标识中查找目标点播节目的标识, 若 不能找到则进行 B7, 若可以找到则进行 B9;
B7、 机顶盒向 VOD服务器发送包括机顶盒标识、 目标点播节目标识的播 放请求信息;
B8、 VOD服务器收到该播放请求信息, 根据其中的机顶盒标识对用户进 行鉴权, 鉴权通过后, VOD服务器协调点播资源, 向机顶盒发送目标点播节 目码流, 流程结束;
B9、 机顶盒由预先保存的点播节目标识与播放位置信息的对应关系获取 与目标点播节目的标识对应的播放位置信息, 向 VOD服务器发送包括机顶盒 标识、 目标点播节目的标识及播放位置信息的播放请求信息; B10、 VOD服务器收到该播放请求信息,根据其中的机顶盒标识对用户进 行鉴权, 鉴权通过后, VOD服务器协调点播资源, 向机顶盒发送从所述保存 的播放位置开始的目标点播节目的码流, 流程结束。
以上说明了使用不断开与点播节目的连接的方式,当切换到点播节目后可 以迅速向用户播放点播节目的具体实施例,以下说明另一在用户切换到点播节 目后可以迅速向用户播放点播节目的具体实施例。
实施例三、 一种数字电视节目切换方法, 流程如图 4所示, 包括:
Cl、 用户通过操作设备(遥控器、 机顶盒控制按钮等) 向机顶盒发送切 换节目指令, 要求从当前播放的点播节目切换到另一节目;
C2、 机顶盒收到该切换指令, 停止播放点播节目, 保存该点播节目的标 识、收到切换指令的时刻起向后预设长度的点播节目的内容、该节目内容的末 播放位置信息及它们之间的对应关系;
所述的预设长度应足够长, 可以在向用户播放该长度节目的同时建立与 VOD服务器的连接;
C3、 任意时刻, 用户通过操作控制设备(遥控器、 机顶盒控制按钮等) 向机顶盒发送切换节目指令, 要求从当前节目切换到目标点播节目;
C4、 机顶盒在保存的节目标识中查找目标点播节目的标识, 若不能找到 则进行 C5, 若可以找到则进行 C7;
C5、 机顶盒向 VOD服务器发送包括机顶盒标识、 目标点播节目标识的播 放请求信息;
C6、 VOD服务器收到该播放请求信息, 根据其中的机顶盒标识对用户进 行鉴权, 鉴权通过后, VOD服务器协调点播资源, 向机顶盒发送目标点播节 目码流, 流程结束;
C7、 播放预先保存的与该点播节目标识对应的预设长度的点播节目内容; C8、 机顶盒由预先保存的点播节目标识与播放位置信息的对应关系获取 与该目标点播节目的标识对应的播放位置信息, 向 VOD服务器发送包括机顶 盒标识、 目标点播节目标识及播放位置信息的播放请求信息;
C9、 VOD服务器收到该播放请求信息, 根据其中的机顶盒标识对用户进 行鉴权, 鉴权通过后, VOD服务器协调点播资源, 向机顶盒发送从所述保存 的播放位置开始的目标点播节目的码流, 若此时预先保存的内容尚未播放完, 则保持与服务器的连接,当保存的内容播放完后立刻播放服务器提供的节目码 流, 流程结束。
在上面的实施例中, 步骤 C7与 C8、 C9并无先后顺序, 可以同时进行, 通常情况下, 先向用户播放已保存的节目, 然后向 VOD服务器发送播放请求 信息, 当接收到服务器发送的节目码流后,待保存的节目播放完就播放接收到 的节目, 这样可以让用户不必花时间等待就可以立刻观赏点播节目。
在上面的实施例中,是当结束点播节目时保存结束的时刻起向后一段时间 的节目内容, 实际上, 也可以保存结束时刻起向前一段时间的节目内容, 或者 既包括向前一段时间又包括向后一段时间的节目内容,不同的保存方式可以给 用户带来不同的观赏节目的体验。
在上述实施例中, 当用户由点播节目切换到其他节目时,机顶盒自动保存 点播节目的播放位置信息, 实际上, 用户有时并不希望保存该播放位置信息, 所以应当让用户选择是否保存点播节目的位置信息的方式更能增强用户的使 用体验。
本发明实施例提供了可以让用户有选择地保存点播节目的位置信息的方 案, 以下详细说明。
实施例四、 一种数字电视节目切换方法, 流程如图 5所示, 包括:
Dl、 用户通过操作设备(遥控器、 机顶盒控制按钮等) 向机顶盒发送切 换节目指令, 要求从当前播放的点播节目切换到另一节目;
D2、 机顶盒收到该切换指令, 停止播放点播节目, 向用户提供选择界面, 提示用户选择是否保存该点播节目的播放位置信息;
D3、 若用户选择保存点播节目的播放位置信息, 则保存该点播节目的标 识、 该点播节目停止播放时的播放位置信息及它们之间的对应关系;
D4、 任意时刻, 用户通过操作控制设备(遥控器、 机顶盒控制按钮等) 向机顶盒发送切换节目指令, 要求从当前节目切换到目标点播节目;
D5、 机顶盒在预先保存的点播节目标识中查找该目标点播节目的标识, 若不能找到则进行 D6 , 若可以找到则进行 D8;
D6、机顶盒向 VOD服务器发送包括机顶盒标识、 目标点播节目的标识的 播放请求信息;
D7、 VOD服务器收到该播放请求信息, 根据其中的机顶盒标识对用户进 行鉴权, 鉴权通过后, VOD服务器协调点播资源, 向机顶盒发送该目标点播 节目码流, 流程结束;
D8、 机顶盒由预先保存的点播节目标识与播放位置信息的对应关系获取 与该目标点播节目的标识对应的播放位置信息, 向 VOD服务器发送包括机顶 盒标识、 目标点播节目的标识及播放位置信息的播放请求信息;
D9、 VOD服务器收到该播放请求信息, 根据其中的机顶盒标识对用户进 行鉴权, 鉴权通过后, VOD服务器协调点播资源, 向机顶盒发送从所述保存 的播放位置开始的目标点播节目的码流, 流程结束。
在上面这个实施例中, 当结束当前点播节目时, 可以先提示用户选择是否 保存节目的播放位置信息, 类似地, 当向用户播放点播节目时, 也可以先提示 用户选择是否从保存的播放位置开始播放, 以下详细说明。
实施例五、 一种数字电视节目切换方法, 流程如图 6所示, 包括:
El、 用户通过操作设备(遥控器、 机顶盒控制按钮等)向机顶盒发送切换 节目指令, 要求从当前播放的点播节目切换到另一节目;
E2、机顶盒收到该切换指令,停止播放点播节目,保存该点播节目的标识、 点播节目停止播放时的播放位置信息及它们之间的对应关系;
E3、 任意时刻, 用户通过操作控制设备(遥控器、 机顶盒控制按钮等)向 机顶盒发送切换节目指令, 要求从当前节目切换到目标点播节目;
E4、机顶盒在预先保存的点播节目标识中查找该目标点播节目的标识,若 不能找到则进行 E5, 若可以找到则进行 E7;
E5、 机顶盒向 VOD服务器发送包括机顶盒标识、 目标点播节目的标识的 播放请求信息;
E6、 VOD服务器收到该播放请求信息, 根据其中的机顶盒标识对用户进 行鉴权, 鉴权通过后, VOD服务器协调点播资源, 向机顶盒发送目标点播节 目码流, 流程结束;
E7、向用户提供选择界面,提示用户选择是否从保存的播放位置开始播放 所述点播节目, 若用户选择是则进行 E8, 若用户选择否则进行 E5; E8、机顶盒由预先保存的点播节目标识与播放位置信息的对应关系获取与 该目标点播节目的标识对应的播放位置信息, 向 VOD服务器发送包括机顶盒 标识、 目标点播节目的标识及播放位置信息的播放请求信息;
E9、 VOD服务器收到该播放请求信息, 根据其中的机顶盒标识对用户进 行鉴权, 鉴权通过后, VOD服务器协调点播资源, 向机顶盒发送从所述保存 的播放位置开始的目标点播节目的码流, 流程结束。
通过上面的叙述可以发现,通过本发明一种数字电视节目切换方法的实施 例,当用户切换回近期曾收看过的点播节目时可以自动地为用户从上次结束的 地方播放该节目, 节省了用户的时间, 改善了用户的使用体验。
进一步地, 本发明实施例还提供了当用户由点播节目切换到直播节目时, 为用户保持与该点播节目的连接的方案,可以让用户从直播节目再切换回该点 播节目时不必等待,解决了用户收看点播节目时一般都需要等待一段时间的缺 陷, 改善了用户的使用体验。
本发明实施例还给出了当用户结束点播节目时为用户保存一段该点播节 目内容的方案,有利于用户再次切换到该点播节目后可以不必等待立刻欣赏该 节目, 为用户播放保存的节目的同时与服务器建立连接, 节省了用户的时间, 改善了用户的使用体验。
本发明实施例还给出了让用户有选择地进行保存播放位置或有选择地从 保存的播放位置播放点播节目的方案, 重视了用户的使用习惯与个人意愿, 进 一步地改善了用户的使用体验。
本发明实施例还提供了一种数字电视设备, 用于接收用户的操作命令、对 收到的信息进行处理、 与 VOD服务器及播放设备进行信息交互, 其中, 所述 数字电视设备包括:
保存单元,用于当收到停止播放点播节目的指令后保存所述点播节目的标 识、 所述点播节目停止播放时的播放位置信息及它们之间的对应关系;
查找单元,用于当收到切换到目标点播节目的指令后在保存单元保存的内 容中查找所述目标点播节目的标识及所述标识对应的播放位置信息;
发送单元,用于当查找单元查找到所述目标点播节目的标识及所述标识对 应的播放位置信息后向 VOD服务器发送包括所述点播节目标识及播放位置信 息的播放请求信息。
通过上述数字电视设备基本可以实现本发明的目的,为进一步增强本发明 实施例的有益效果, 在上述数字电视设备的基础上, 还可以作以下改进: 增加连接保持单元与连接判断单元:
连接保持单元, 用于当收到从点播节目切换到直播节目的指令后,保持与 所述点播节目的连接;
连接判断单元, 用于当收到切换到点播节目的指令后, 判断当前是否保持 了与所述点播节目的连接;
所述发送单元还用于:当连接判断单元判断得出当前保持了与所述点播节 目的连接后, 向 VOD服务器发送恢复播放的请求信息。
本发明实施例还提供了一种数字电视设备, 用于接收用户的操作命令、对 收到的信息进行处理、 与 VOD服务器及播放设备进行信息交互, 其中, 所述 数字电视设备包括:
保存单元, 用于当收到停止播放点播节目的指令后,保存所述点播节目的 标识、 停止播放当前点播节目的时刻起向后预设长度的所述点播节目的内容、 所述保存的节目内容的末播放位置信息及它们之间的对应关系;
查找单元,用于当收到切换到目标点播节目的指令后在所述保存单元保存 的内容中查找所述目标点播节目的标识及所述标识对应的预设长度的所述点 播节目的内容、 所述保存的节目内容的末播放位置信息;
发送单元,用于当所述查找单元查找到所述目标点播节目的标识及所述标 识对应的末播放位置信息后向, 向 VOD服务器发送包括所述点播节目标识及 末播放位置信息的播放请求信息。
另外, 本发明实施例的数字电视设备, 还可以包括:
播放单元,用于播放预先保存的与所述点播节目标识对应的预设长度的点 播节目内容,在播放完所述预先保存的点播节目内容后从所述末播放位置起播 放所述目标点播节目。
为了方便用户的使用, 还可以包括:

当需要从当前直播节目切换到目标点播节目时,获取预先保存的目标点播 节目标识及与所述目标点播节目标识对应的播放位置信息;
利用所述点播节目标识及播放位置信息完成节目切换。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的数字电视节目切换方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法 还包括:
收到停止播放点播节目的指令后,保存所述点播节目的标识、所述点播节 目停止播放时的播放位置信息及它们之间的对应关系。
3、 如权利要求 2所述的数字电视节目切换方法, 其特征在于, 所述利用 所述点播节目标识及播放位置信息完成节目切换的过程包括:
从所述播放位置开始播放所述目标点播节目。

收到停止播放点播节目的指令后,保存所述点播节目的标识、停止播放当 前点播节目的时刻起向后预设长度的所述点播节目的内容、所述保存的节目内 容的末播放位置信息及它们之间的对应关系。
5、 如权利要求 4所述的数字电视节目切换方法, 其特征在于, 所述利用 所述点播节目标识及播放位置信息完成节目切换的过程包括:
播放预先保存的与所述点播节目标识对应的预设长度的点播节目内容,在 播放完所述预先保存的点播节目内容后从所述末播放位置起播放所述目标点 播节目。
6、 如权利要求 2或 4所述的数字电视节目切换方法, 其特征在于, 所述 方法还包括:
收到停止播放点播节目的指令后,通过选择界面提示用户是否保存所述信 息及对应关系;
当收到用户发送的确定保存的消息后, 保存所述信息及对应关系。
7、 如权利要求 3或 5所述的数字电视节目切换方法, 其特征在于, 所述 方法还包括: 在播放所述点播节点之前,通过选择界面提示用户是否从预先保存的播放 位置开始播放所述目标点播节目;
当收到用户发送的确定从预先保存的播放位置开始播放所述目标点播节 目的消息后, 发送包括所述点播节目标识及播放位置信息的播放请求信息。
8、 如权利要求 1所述的数字电视节目切换方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法 还包括:
收到停止播放点播节目并切换到直播节目的指令;
保持与所述点播节目的连接。
9、 如权利要求 8所述的数字电视节目切换方法, 其特征在于, 在所述获 取预先保存的目标点播节目标识及与所述目标点播节目标识对应的播放位置 信息之前还包括:
如果当前存在与所述目标点播节目的连接, 则发送恢复播放的请求信息。
10、 一种数字电视设备, 其特征在于, 包括:
第一保存单元, 用于当收到停止播放点播节目的指令后,保存所述点播节 目的标识、 所述点播节目停止播放时的播放位置信息及它们之间的对应关系; 第一查找单元,用于当收到切换到目标点播节目的指令后在所述第一保存 单元保存的内容中查找所述目标点播节目的标识及所述标识对应的播放位置 信息;
第一发送单元,用于当所述第一查找单元查找到所述目标点播节目的标识 及所述标识对应的播放位置信息后, 向 VOD服务器发送包括所述点播节目标 识及播放位置信息的播放请求信息。
11、 如权利要求 10所述的数字电视设备, 其特征在于,
还包括:
连接保持单元, 用于当收到从点播节目切换到直播节目的指令后,保持与 所述点播节目的连接;
连接判断单元, 用于当收到切换到点播节目的指令后, 判断当前是否保持 了与所述点播节目的连接;
所述发送单元还用于:当连接判断单元判断得出当前保持了与所述点播节 目的连接后, 向 VOD服务器发送由恢复播放的请求信息。
12、 一种数字电视设备, 其特征在于, 包括:
第二保存单元, 用于当收到停止播放点播节目的指令后,保存所述点播节 目的标识、停止播放当前点播节目的时刻起向后预设长度的所述点播节目的内 容、 所述保存的节目内容的末播放位置信息及它们之间的对应关系;
第二查找单元,用于当收到切换到目标点播节目的指令后在所述第二保存 单元保存的内容中查找所述目标点播节目的标识及所述标识对应的预设长度 的所述点播节目的内容、 所述保存的节目内容的末播放位置信息;
第二发送单元,用于当所述第二查找单元查找到所述目标点播节目的标识 及所述标识对应的末播放位置信息后向, 向 VOD服务器发送包括所述点播节 目标识及末播放位置信息的播放请求信息。
13、 如权利要求 12所述的数字电视设备, 其特征在于, 还包括: 播放单元,用于播放预先保存的与所述点播节目标识对应的预设长度的点 播节目内容,在播放完所述预先保存的点播节目内容后从所述末播放位置起播 放所述目标点播节目。
14、 如权利要求 12或 13所述的数字电视设备, 其特征在于, 还包括: 提示单元, 用于通过选择界面提示用户是否保存所述信息及对应关系, 和 /或提示用户是否从所述末播放位置开始播放所述目标点播节目。
