Abstract

 モータの慣性モーメントを大きくしたモータタイプでの環状キバンを構成するとともに、樹脂の成形圧による環状キバン変形を抑えることができる環状キバン構造を提供する。  ステータ樹脂(2)にてモータのステータを封止するモールドモータ(100)において、コイル結線に使用する環状キバン(1)の内径部(1a)がステータコア(3)の内径部(3a)より小さく、かつステータ樹脂部の内径(2a)より大きい形状で、環状キバン(1)の内径部(1a)をモールド金型(17)にて支える形状とし、環状キバン(1)の変形を抑えるようにした。
