Abstract

 レーザ照射部(41~44)にレーザを照射し、ドレイン引出配線(16a)と修正用接続電極(2b)、データ信号線{13(m+1)}、修正用接続電極(2a)とを導通させるとともに、レーザ照射部(45,46)にレーザを照射して、データ信号線13{13(m+1)}の一部をデータ信号線{13(m+1)}から切り離してバイパスラインP1を形成する。さらに、バイパスラインとして用いていないデータ信号線{13(m)}の、レーザ照射部(47,48)にレーザを照射して、レーザ照射部(47,48)の間の領域をデータ信号線{13(m)}から切り離して導通不能とする。
