Abstract

　切削ヘッド部にチップ交換式のガイドパッドを備える深穴切削装置として、安定した切削状態で高い加工精度が得られ、ガイドパッドが長寿命化するものを提供する。 　ガイドパッド７は、外面側が幅方向中央部に沿って頂稜部７ａをなす円弧面７１ａに形成され、切削ヘッド部１０ａに対し、工具先端側を尾端側よりも工具回転方向ｙの前方側とする斜め配置で取り付けられている。
