Abstract

本発明は、ラン科植物の形質転換体を効率的に取得するラン科植物の形質転換体の作製方法を提供することを目的とする。この目的のため、本発明では、所望の遺伝子が導入されたラン科植物組織を準備し、ラン科植物組織においてクラス1KNOX遺伝子の発現を促進して多芽体前駆体又は多芽体を誘導し、前記多芽体前駆体又は前記多芽体に形成されるシュート前駆体又はシュートから前記ラン科植物の個体を再生するようにする。
