[MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] The headrest has a pillar (1) attached to the upper part of the backrest (S2), a front/back cover member (70) having insertion portions (70a) into which insertion legs (11) of the pillar (1) are inserted and holding the pillar (1), a bag-shaped skin material (9) for covering the front/back cover member (70), a skin stop cover member (74) for closing the insertion portions (70a) and holding end portions (91) of the skin material (9), and a pad material (8) formed integrally with both the skin material (9) and the front/back cover member (70). When engagement claws (74a) formed on the skin stop cover member (74) are engaged with the peripheral edges of the insertion portions (70a), the end portions (91) of the skin material (9) is held between the bottom face of the front/back cover member (70) and the upper surface of the skin stop cover member (74).
