Abstract

 簡易な構成で密封対象液体の漏れを検出することを可能とする。  密封構造Sは、第1密封領域M1に密封された密封対象液体が第2密封領域側M2に漏れるのを防止する第1環状シール110と、この第1環状シール110に連結され、かつ、第2密封領域M2に密封された密封対象流体が第1密封領域側M1に漏れるのを防止する第2環状シール120とを備える密封装置100と、第1環状シール110と第2環状シール120との間の空間領域Kに漏れてきた密封対象液体を検出するセンサ400と、センサ400によって検出される信号の処理を行う処理装置700と、センサ400と処理装置700とを電気的に接続する電線600と、電線600が通る通路であって、大気側からセンサ400が設けられた位置に至る通路を形成する管500と、を備えることを特徴とする。
