Abstract
La présente invention concerne un module intégré doté d'une série de collecteurs d'admission (1), de cache-soupapes (2), re-circulation de gaz d'échappement actionnés par séparation et remplissage d'huile et par des montages de capteurs de pression d'admission et de température pour moteur diesel bicylindre common rail en ligne à combustion interne. Le module intégré est dans son modèle de base doté d'une partie pression d'admission (1) et d'une partie cache-soupape (2), ladite partie pression d'admission (1) étant dotée d'ouvertures séparées au niveau de l'admission (3) pour alimenter en air frais les gaz d'échappement (4). La chambre de tranquillisation (5) du collecteur d'admission (1) est constituée d'une surface curviligne lisse afin d'assurer un flux régulier et une distribution uniforme du mélange d'air frais et de gaz d'échappement au niveau de chacun des orifices d'admission jumeaux de la tête de cylindre. Les ouvertures jumelles (6) du collecteur d'admission (1) doivent être montées sur les ouvertures jumelles correspondantes de la tête de cylindre. Un passage distinct est ménagé au niveau de l'entrée du cache-soupape (2) qui permet l'entrée du flux des gaz. Ledit passage est également doté d'une soupape permettant de commander le flux des gaz. La partie cache-soupape (2) est dotée de cloisons (3) qui séparent les particules d'huile des gaz expulsés. L'huile séparée est collectée au niveau de la cloison ondulée (10) située sur la tête de cylindre tandis que les gaz dépourvus de particules huileuses retournent dans le circuit de charge par une ouverture située au-dessus de l'ouverture d'entrée. La partie collecteur d'admission (1) est dotée de montages sur lesquels on trouve les capteurs de pression et de température, et le cache-culbuteurs dispose d'une ouverture permettant d'alimenter le moteur en huile. Un profil d'étanchéité avec matériau étanche est disposé à la périphérie dudit cache-culbuteurs du module intégré et garantit l'étanchéisation entre les flux de gaz et ceux d'air sous pression sans fuite d'air sous pression et de gaz dans l'atmosphère.
