Abstract

A refrigerator includes a refrigerator body having a storage room and an opening in the front face of the storage room, a door provided so as to be drawable from the refrigerator body and capable of closing and opening the storage room, and tiered storage containers received on the rear side of the door so as to be insertable into and drawable from the storage room such that some of the tiered containers are drawn out together with the door with the rest remaining in the storage room. Among the storage containers, the storage container at the uppermost tier that is drawn out together with the door has the smallest volume among all the storage containers.
