[1] 本发明涉及一种新型割草机。
背景技术
[2] 公知的旋刀式割草机其割草部分一般包括刀盘、 刀片、 刀座、 连接螺栓、 紧固 螺母组成, 其中刀盘固设于刀座下方, 刀片设于刀盘上, 刀片与刀盘之间通过 连接螺栓与紧固螺母锁紧, 刀座连接发动机的输出端用于带动刀片执行割草动 作。 这样在更换刀片吋必须使用板拧工具把螺母拧紧或者松开, 换刀速度慢, 影响割草效率。
发明内容
[3] 本发明的目的是提供一种换刀方便、 快捷的新型割草机。
[4] 本发明所釆用的技术方案是这样的: 一种新型割草机, 包括刀座、 刀盘、 刀片
、 刀片压板及对应刀片数量的刀盘销, 刀盘上设有至少一对呈对称分布的开口 , 所述刀片压板中间部分穿过所述开口位于刀盘下方, 刀片压板的两端位于刀 盘上方, 一固定装置把刀片压板、 刀盘紧固于刀座下方, 所述刀盘上设有对应 所述开口对数的变形孔, 各变形孔分别位于各开口所在的刀盘径向延长线上, 且所述变形孔孔径沿刀盘半径增加的方向逐步减小, 所述刀片上设有固定孔, 所述各刀盘销设有轴径分别与固定孔相适配的刀片槽及与变形孔靠近刀盘外侧 沿处的孔径相适配的刀盘槽, 所述刀片压板的两端开设有通孔, 所述各刀盘销 的一端依次穿过刀片固定孔、 刀盘变形孔、 通孔并籍由刀盘槽卡设于变形孔上 把刀片固设于刀盘下方。
[5] 上述新型割草机, 所述刀盘上的变形孔共有四个。
[6] 上述新型割草机, 所述固定装置是螺栓。
[7] 本发明的有益效果是通过在刀盘上设置变形孔, 利用刀片在旋转过程中的离心 力作用, 使得刀盘销上的刀盘槽在割草过程中紧紧卡设于变形孔外侧小圆弧部 分防止刀片脱落, 同吋通过刀片压板两端的通孔防止割草机在非运行状态刀片 松脱, 使用该种结构的割草机换刀更快捷方便。

具体实施方式
[15] 下面结合附图列举一实施例对本发明作详细说明。
[16] 参考图 1至图 7, 实施例公开一种新型旋刀式割草机, 其包括刀座 1、 刀盘 2、 四 个刀片 3、 两个刀片压板 4、 四个刀盘销 5、 固定螺栓 6、 发动机输出轴 7、 键 8。 其中, 刀座 1通过键 8固设于发动机输出轴 7下端。 所述刀盘 2为一圆盘形结构, 其侧面对称设有八条弧形加强筋 21, 定义图 3上的刀盘 2其水平中心线为 X轴、 其 垂直中心线为 Y轴, 所述八条弧形加强筋 21分别位于 X轴与 Y轴夹角的中心线上 , 在 X轴及 Y轴的正负半轴分别对称设有方形开口 22及变形孔 23, 所述各方形开 口 22与刀盘 2中心的距离小于变形孔 23与刀盘 2中心的距离, 所述变形孔 23是由 大圆弧、 小圆弧及两条连接小圆弧与大圆弧的线段组成, 所述线段与小圆弧连 接方式为切线连接, 所述小圆弧相对于大圆弧位于刀盘 2的外侧沿。 所述刀片压 板 4为一长条形结构, 刀片压板 4的两端设有通孔 41, 所述刀盘销 5类似一变径轴 , 其自下往上包括一体成形的压帽 51、 刀片槽 52、 刀盘槽 53、 端轴 54四部分, 其中, 压帽 51部分的直径大于刀片槽 52的轴径, 刀盘槽 53的轴径与变形孔 23小 圆弧直径相适配, 端轴 54的轴径与刀片压板 4的通孔 41直径相适配。 安装的吋候 , 刀盘 2设于刀座 1下方, 两个刀片压板 4的一端分别从刀盘 2上部穿过 X轴及 Y轴 上的其中一个开口, 然后分别从对应的另一开口穿出返回到刀盘 2的上表面, 固 定螺栓 6依次穿过两刀片压板 4及刀盘 2把刀盘 2紧固于刀座 1的下方。 所述刀盘销 5的端轴 54依次穿过刀片 3上的固定孔 31、 刀盘 2上的变形孔 23大圆弧部分、 刀片 压板 4上的通孔 41, 并籍由刀盘槽 53卡设于刀盘 2的变形孔 23的小圆弧部分从而 把刀片 3紧固于刀盘 2下方。 该种结构的旋刀式割草机在运行的吋候, 刀片 3在旋 转过程中产生的离心力保证刀盘槽 53紧紧卡设于小圆弧部分, 当需要更换刀片 3 吋, 只要把刀片压板 4的两端向上移动使得通孔 41脱离端轴 54, 把刀盘销 5向刀 盘 2的中心推动使得刀盘槽 53位于变形孔 23的大圆弧处从而可以向下移动并最终 脱离刀盘 2, 此吋即可把刀片 3从刀片槽 52上取下, 换上新的或者研磨过的刀片 , 按前述相反的顺序装好刀片 3后即可重新进行割草, 整个换刀过程不需要额外 的工具, 既简单又方便。

[1] 1、 一种新型割草机, 包括刀座、 刀盘、 刀片, 其特征在于: 还包括刀片压 板及对应刀片数量的刀盘销, 刀盘上设有至少一对呈对称分布的开口, 所 述刀片压板中间部分穿过所述开口位于刀盘下方, 刀片压板的两端位于刀 盘上方, 一固定装置把刀片压板、 刀盘紧固于刀座下方, 所述刀盘上设有 对应所述开口对数的变形孔, 各变形孔分别位于各开口所在的刀盘径向延 长线上, 且所述变形孔孔径沿刀盘半径增加的方向逐步减小, 所述刀片上 设有固定孔, 所述各刀盘销设有轴径分别与固定孔相适配的刀片槽及与变 形孔靠近刀盘外侧沿处的孔径相适配的刀盘槽, 所述刀片压板的两端开设 有通孔, 所述各刀盘销的一端依次穿过刀片固定孔、 刀盘变形孔、 通孔并 籍由刀盘槽卡设于变形孔上把刀片固设于刀盘下方。
[2] 2、 根据权利要求 1所述的新型割草机, 其特征在于: 所述刀盘上的变形孔 共有四个。
[3] 3、 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的新型割草机, 其特征在于: 所述固定装置是螺 栓。
