终端及其外观管理方法
本申请要求于 2007 年 3 月 26 日提交中国专利局、 申请号为 200710090080.4、发明名称为"终端、存储装置和外观管理、表现及查询方法", 于 2007年 6月 8日提交中国专利局、 申请号为 200710126115.5、 发明名称为 "终端及其外观管理方法"的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结 合在本申请中。 技术领域
本发明涉及通信领域, 特别是涉及终端及其外观管理方法。 背景技术
移动终端是整个移动运营服务体系中重要组成部分。为有效保证用户在使 用移动终端过程中的体验、提高用户忠诚度, 目前正在发展能实现为移动终端 外观功能的外观技术。
通过某些外观技术, 可以实现远程增加、 删除、 更新、 激活 /去激活终端 的外观, 包括主题、 开关机提示、嵌入式链接、 菜单、屏幕保护、 背景等功能。 现有外观对象主要包括两部分: 一部分为外观元素, 即终端上可被管理的外观 信息类别, 包括背景、 屏保、 铃声等, 终端的外观元素一般是固定不变的; 另 一部分为外观集合,它是部分或全部外观元素及其取值的集合。截至目前为止, 仍未出现可以具体实现外观集合管理的技术; 而对于外观元素, 则已经存在 OMADM (开放移动联盟设备管理) VI.2(以下简称 DM规范)来实施此技术。
DM规范中, 通过 OTA(Over The Air, 无线网络传输)方式进行软件和固件 的安装、 升级等操作, 并提供更加人性化和个性化的服务, 提高用户体验。 第 三方可以是移动运营商 , 业务提供商或者合作方的信息管理部门。
目前外观技术可以由网络根据 DM规范对外观集合和元素的操作、或用户 通过对外观集合和元素的操作来完成对终端外观的更改; 并且, 终端还要执行 外观更新操作, 即终端根据设定的外观元素的值, 来更新终端外观。
参阅图 1 ,一种现有技术应用外观技术的终端 100包括外观管理模块 110、 外观处理模块 120 以及外观表现模块 130。 所述外观管理模块 110 包括 DM Agent (代理) 111、 管理树 112以及输出单元 113。 所述 DM代理 111用于解 释和执行 DM服务器下发的管理命令。所述管理树 112包括一些基本管理对象 ( MO, Management Object ), 是 DM服务器通过 DM协议对终端 100进行管 理的接口。 其中, 外观是 DM的一个 MO, 其设置的内容作为 DM管理树 112 的一个中间节点, 外观集合挂在这个节点上。 DM服务器通过对管理树对象的 操作达到控制终端管理对象的目的。 所述对管理树对象的操作命令有 Get (获 取)、 Replace (替换)、 Exec (执行)、 Copy (复制)、 Delete (删除)等。 所述 输出单元 113则将管理树 112中的外观集合输出到外观处理模块 120。 所述外 观处理模块 120对所述外观集合进行处理, 然后输出到所述外观表现模块 130 进行表现。外观也可以采用不同于 DM的方式来实现。但为了管理终端上的外 观, 相同的集合仍会被使用, 只是采用不同的管理渠道而已。
例如, DM方式下管理终端外观的 DM管理树 112针对外观节点下的每种 外观元素来进行管理, 如屏保、 运营商 logo、 墙纸等。 以屏保为例, 该管理终 端外观的技术方案将终端 100 上的所有屏保记录在管理树 112 中 的 .\Customization\ScreenSavers\AvailableScreenSavers节点下面, 并且将当前使 用的展保放置在 .\Customization\ScreenSaver\ActiveSc节点下面。其他外观元素 则分别作为一个节点, 分布在其他位置。
本发明的发明人在进行本发明的创造过程中 ,发现现有技术至少存在以下 问题:上述现有管理终端外观的技术方案存在不方便管理和查询外观元素等技 术缺陷, 原因如下:
上述现有技术针对每个外观元素进行管理 ,每个外观元素分别管理可用值 和当前使用值。 当由独立的服务提供商(SP )分别提供外观集合时, 该外观集 合中的外观元素必须拆散然后分别记录到管理树 112 下相应的外观元素节点 下。 拆散的集合与集合之间、 外观元素与外观元素之间无任何联系, 不方便 SP对外观进行集合或元素形式的设置、 复制、 删除等管理, 比如更新当前集 合时, 需要输入一个外观集合到终端, 然后将该集合拆散分别记录到管理树 112下相应的外观元素节点下; 又比如更新外观当前集合中的某元素时, 需要 在管理树 112下相应的外观元素节点下寻找对应的元素并更换之; 此外, 也无 法方便的查询当前使用的外观集合或外观元素的设置值。 另外 , 现有技术没有给出用户如何对外观集合进行操作的技术方案。 发明内容
本发明实施例提供一种终端及其外观管理方法,使得对终端的外观管理更 为方便。
本发明实施例提供一种外观管理方法,应用于预设置外观集合的终端,该 方法包括:
接收管理指令, 所述管理指令用于指示激活、修改、删除或查询所述外观 集合的一种;
根据所述管理指令, 执行所述外观集合的激活、 修改、删除或查询中的一 种。
本发明实施例还提供一种终端, 包括:
外观集合保存单元, 用于保存预设置的外观集合;
接收单元, 用于接收管理指令, 所述管理指令用于指示激活、 修改、 删除 或查询所述外观集合的一种;
激活单元, 用于根据所述接收单元接收的管理指令, 激活所述外观集合保 存单元中保存的外观集合;
删除单元, 用于根据所述接收单元接收的管理指令,删除所述外观集合保 存单元中保存的外观集合;
修改单元, 用于根据所述接收单元接收的管理指令, 修改所述外观集合保 存单元中保存的外观集合;
输出单元,用于根据所述接收单元接收的管理指令,输出所述外观集合保 存单元中保存的外观集合的内容;
查询单元, 用于根据所述接收单元接收的管理指令, 查询所述外观集合保 存单元中保存的外观集合。
本发明实施例通过对终端外观集合进行激活, 删除、修改、 查询的操作管 理, 达到了终端外观管理更为方便的有益效果。 附图说明 图 1是现有技术应用外观技术的终端结构示意图;

本发明提供终端第一实施方式, 包括外观集合保存单元和输出单元。所述 外观集合保存单元保存的数据包括当前外观集合和参考外观集合。所述参考外 观集合包括标识、元素及其值、 所述当前外观集合包括当前标识、 参考标识及 其对应的参考外观集合的内容;所述输出单元用于输出所述当前外观集合的内 容。
为描述方便, 对于本实施方式和本文中当前外观集合、 参考外观集合、 当 前标识、 参考标识的名称定义作出如下说明:
参阅图 2, 当前外观集合是终端当前应用的外观集合, 比如说用户在终端 屏幕上直观看到的图像或听到的铃音等。所述参考外观集合是相对于当前外观 集合来定义的,所述当前外观集合中的参考标识也是相对当前外观集合中的当 前标识来区分的, 当前标识指当前外观集合本身的标识。 当前外观集合和某参 考外观集合关联时, 当前外观集合中的参考标识就是参考外观集合中的标识 (参考外观集合的自身标识)。 在不同的应用中, 比如参考外观集合被使用为 终端的当前外观主题时,其元素和值可以拷贝到当前外观集合内,替换所述当 前外观集合内的元素和值; 同时,将当前外观集合的参考标识更新为所述参考 外观集合的标识。
以上实施方式可以看出, 本实施方式将外观元素以集合形式保存在终端, 相对现有技术将各外观元素分散到管理树多个节点下造成难以统一保存、编辑 等管理的技术缺陷,本实施方式由于以集合形式保存各个外观元素,通过当前 外观集合中设置的参考标识就可以将整个当前外观集合的全部元素值更换为 参考标识对应的参考外观集合中的元素值,然后将集合内的外观元素全部在终 端上表现出来, 使得在终端上进行外观集合管理非常容易和有效率;
其次,本实施方式仅获取所述当前外观集合的参考标识就能将参考标识对 应的外观集合内容一起进行管理或表现出来,也即将参考外观集合作为外观主 题库, 需要时仅调用其参考标识就能得到各种各样的当前外观集合, 丰富了终 端外观主题的表现形式;
此外, 由于通过集合的形式来操作,通过当前外观集合一个路径就能将集 合在终端的表现和某动作比如来电事件关联,非常方便地实现外观主题的和使 用。
本发明提供存储装置第一实施方式,包括参考外观集合保存单元和当前外 观集合保存单元。所述参考外观集合保存单元用于保存所述参考外观集合的标 识、元素及其值; 所述当前外观集合保存单元用于保存所述当前外观集合的当 前标识、 参考标识及其对应的参考外观集合的内容。
以上可以看出 ,相对现有技术将各外观元素分散到管理树多个节点下从而 造成难以统一保存、编辑等管理的技术缺陷,本实施方式由于采用外观集合保 存单元以集合形式保存各个外观元素,并且通过在当前外观集合中设置参考标 识及其对应的外观集合元素值,使得对当前外观集合的一些管理比如更新等非 常方便,仅需要知道所述参考标识即可,使得进行外观集合管理非常容易和有 效率。 比如,仅获取所述当前外观集合的参考标识就能将所述当前外观集合的 元素及值一起替换为所述参考标识对应的外观集合内容,也即将参考外观集合 作为外观主题库, 需要时仅调用其参考标识就能得到各种各样的当前外观集 合, 丰富了终端外观主题的表现形式。
本发明提供外观管理方法第一实施方式,包括预配置参考外观集合和当前 外观集合, 所述参考外观集合包括标识、 元素及其值, 所述当前外观集合包括 当前标识、 参考标识及其对应的参考外观集合的内容。
以上可以看出 ,相对现有技术将各外观元素分散到管理树多个节点下从而 造成难以统一保存、编辑等管理的技术缺陷,本实施方式由于以集合形式保存 各个外观元素,并且通过在当前外观集合中设置参考标识及其对应的外观集合 元素值,使得对当前外观集合的一些管理比如更新等非常方便,仅需要知道所 述参考标识即可, 非常容易和有效率地实现外观集合管理。 比如, 仅获取所述 当前外观集合的参考标识就能将所述当前外观集合的元素及值一起替换为所 述参考标识对应的外观集合内容,也即将参考外观集合作为外观主题库, 需要 时仅调用其参考标识就能得到各种各样的当前外观集合,丰富了终端外观主题 的表现形式。
本发明提供当前外观集合的表现方法第一实施方式,预先提供参考外观集 合, 并建立所述当前外观集合到所述参考外观集合的关联, 所述方法包括: 根 据所述当前外观集合到所述参考外观集合的关联,得到所述参考外观集合并对 其进行外观表现。
以上可以看出 ,相对现有技术将各外观元素分散到管理树多个节点下从而 造成难以统一保存、编辑等管理的技术缺陷,本实施方式先预置参考外观集合 和当前外观集合, 并且通过建立当前外观集合与该参考外观集合之间的关联, 可以通过表现该参考外观集合来进行对当前外观集合的表现处理,改变所述关 联即可以表现不同的外观, 使得进行外观集合表现非常容易和有效率。
本发明提供当前外观查询方法第一实施方式,预配置参考外观集合和当前 外观集合, 所述参考外观集合包括标识、 元素及其值, 所述当前外观集合包括 当前标识、参考标识及其对应的参考外观集合的内容。接收查询当前外观集合 的指令; 返回可识别当前外观集合的信息,可识别是指能够辨别出当前外观集 合是哪个参考外观集合。所述可识别当前外观集合的信息具体包括查询得到的 参考标识和 /或参考标识对应的参考外观集合的内容。
以上可以看出 ,相对现有技术将各外观元素分散到管理树多个节点下从而 造成难以统一保存、编辑等管理的技术缺陷,本实施方式在终端上以外观集合 的形式保存当前外观元素,输入携带当前标识的查询指令就可以根据该标识查 到所述当前外观集合,进而可以返回所述当前外观集合的参考标识或参考标识 对应的参考外观集合的内容, 使得进行外观集合查询非常容易和有效率。
本发明提供当前外观的管理方法第一实施方式, 包括: 接收激活指令, 将 一个参考外观集合应用为当前外观,即将当前外观集合中的参考标识值设置为 该参考外观集合的标识值,并且将该参考外观集合的内容拷贝到当前外观集合 中。
本发明提供当前外观的管理方法第一实施方式, 包括: 将一个外观集合设 置为缺省外观集合; 在删除当前外观集合中的内容时,将所述缺省外观集合中 的内容更新到所述当前外观集合中。 以上可以看出,相对现有技术没有给出删除外观集合后的处理方式的技术 缺陷,本实施方式将一个外观集合设置为缺省外观集合,在删除当前外观集合 中的内容时,将所述缺省外观集合中的内容更新到所述当前外观集合中,这样 就能保证删除当前外观集合后终端仍然有正常的外观表现。
为使本发明的目的、技术方案、及优点更加清楚明白 以下参照附图并举 实施方式, 对本发明进一步详细说明。

参阅表一, 所述参考外观集合保存单元 3111用于保存参考外观集合, 包 括参考外观集合使用的标识及内容, 所述内容是外观元素及其值。 具体是: 在 终端 300中, 设置一个参考外观集合使用的标识, 用于标识该参考外观集合。 该集合记录了外观元素及值。 该值可以使用绝对地址, 如" Bell.mp3"; 也可以 使用链接地址, 如" .\Customization\PKGl\Ring", 甚至可以是文件内容本身。

参阅表二, 所述当前外观集合保存单元 3112用于保存当前外观集合, 包 括当前标识、 参考标识及当前使用的外观元素及其值。 在终端 300中, 设置一 个当前标识 - ID,用于标识该当前外观集合。该集合记录了所有当前应用的外 观元素及当前使用的值。 该值可以使用绝对地址, 如" Bell.mp3"; 也可以使用 链接地址, 如 ".\Customization\PKGl\Ring", 甚至可以是文件内容本身。 在该 集合中, 再保存一个参考标识 - ReflD, 用于记录这个当前外观集合是否采用 了其它参考外观集合的内容,如果该当前外观集合内各元素的值与某一参考外 观集合的元素及值完全一致,则说明当前外观集合采用了该参考标识对应的参 考外观集合的内容。这时候, 所述当前外观集合中参考标识的值就等于所述参 考外观集合中的标识的值。 表二: 当前外观集合

也就是说, 终端 300上可以有多个外观集合, 它们都包括标识(ID )和元 素。 当前外观集合比较特殊, 它不仅包含集合的特征, 还包含对应参考外观集 合的标识。
当前外观集合和参考外观集合是两种物理上分离的集合。当将一个参考外 观集合应用为当前外观时,将当前外观集合中的参考标识值设置为该参考外观 集合的标识值, 并且将该参考外观集合的内容拷贝到当前外观集合中, 即该参 考外观集合被激活。 显然, 存在一激活单元, 用于激活外观集合。
所述代理单元 312用于接收网络或用户下发的对外观管理指令,对其进行 解析得到终端 300内相应单元可以理解的指令。
输出单元 319, 用于获取所述当前外观集合的参考标识所对应的外观集合 内容并输出。
外观处理模块 320用于对所述当前外观集合进行处理,然后输出到所述外 观表现模块 330进行表现。
工作时所述代理单元 312接收网络或用户下发的对外观管理指令,对其解 析后输入相应单元, 比如收到携带当前标识的输出指令, 于是指示输出单元 319到所述外观集合保存单元 311获取当前外观集合保存单元 3112保存的当 前外观集合, 具体是根据输出指令中的当前标识搜索得到当前外观集合的内 容, 比如根据携带当前标识(ID = 10000 ) 的输出指令, 搜索到表二所示的集 合, 所述当前外观集合的内容也就是参考标识( RefID = 10002 )对应的参考外 观集合的内容(表一)。 然后将搜索到的当前外观集合输出到外观处理模块 320, 外观处理模块 320对所述当前外观集合进行处理, 然后输出到所述外观 表现模块 330进行表现, 表现为 "Snow.jpg"墙纸和 "Wind.mp3"铃声。
显然, 本实施方式具有上述终端 300第一实施方式所具备的技术效果。 在另一实施方式中,所述终端 300进一步包括连接所述代理单元 312和外 观集合保存单元 311的外观修改单元 314, 用于接收来自代理单元 312的携带 新参考标识的修改指令,将所述外观集合保存单元 311中当前外观集合的参考 标识、 元素及值分别更新为所述新参考标识及其对应外观集合的元素及值。 当用户或网络希望更新当前外观时,可以通过更改当前外观集合中的全部 元素值来完成:
通过修改参考标识可以完成全部外观值的修改。 用户可以通过 UI界面来 修改参考标识, 网络可以通过 DM等方式下发命令来修改参考标识。
假设现有一个参考外观集合, 如下表所示:

用户或网络修改当前外观集合中的 RefID, 比如, DM服务器下发消息: Replace (.\Customization\CurrPkg\RefID, 10002), 将参考标识值更改为 10002 当终端 300检测到该值被更改后, 自动从 10002对应的参考外观集合中将其内 包含的元素值复制到当前外观集合中。此时,当前外观集合更改为表四的形式:

修改完后, 终端 300可以依照表中记录的内容更新终端 300的外观。
本实施方式中的外观修改单元 314可以直接更改当前外观集合的参考标 识、元素及值, 更改的方式是根据修改指令中的新参考标识得到对应的外观集 合, 将所述对应的外观集合的内容(元素值)覆盖所述当前外观集合的内容即 可, 简单快捷地实现当前外观集合的更改, 丰富用户体验。
在另一实施方式中,所述外观修改单元 314用于接收携带新外观元素值的 修改指令,将所述当前外观集合中的对应元素值更换为新元素值, 并更改参考 标识, 通知所述输出单元 319输出所述修改过的新外观集合。
用户或网络可以修改单个元素值, 比如用户仅对背景不感兴趣, 想更改终 端 300的背景。此时用户或网络可以单独修改单个元素值; 在修改单个元素值 后, 当前外观集合的参考标识可以设定为一特定值,表示此时当前外观集合与 任何现有参考外观集合不同。
如用户希望将现在终端 300的背景更改为花的图片, 它通过 UI程序将背 景值进行更改。
用户选择 Flower.jpg, 则 UI程序将当前外观集合中 Wallpaper项的值更改 为 Flower.jpg, 并将 ReflD更改为特殊值, 如 00000, 表示该集合并未引用其 它外观集合。 此时的当前外观集合如下表所示:

完成上述修改后 , 终端 300根据更改后的内容更新终端 300的外观。 当用户完成修改后,还可通过上报当前外观集合的参考标识到服务器,通 知所述服务器用户已经对当前外观集合进行了修改。
本实施方式可以对当前外观集合中的元素值进行单独修改,并同时自动修 改参考标识, 以区别原先参考标识所对应的参考外观集合。

当网络或用户修改当前外观集合中的一个或多个元素时,所述外观修改单 元 314将所述修改过的当前外观集合生成一个自定义的新外观集合。
该自定义外观集合与参考外观集合的表现方式相同,与当前外观集合不同 在于不需要参考标识。 其标识值也为特殊值, 如 00001, 表示其为用户自定义 的外观集合。 当用户修改完成元素的设置后, 生成所述自定义外观集合为如下 表所示:

本实施方式在修改外观元素的基础上,将修改过的当前外观集合保存为新 外观集合, 以表示该元素被修改过的外观集合与当前任何外观集合不同, 以方 便下次使用。
在另一实施方式中,所述外观集合保存单元 311进一步保存有缺省外观集 合, 并且所述外观修改单元 314进一步用于在当前外观集合内容被删除时,将 所述当前外观集合的内容更新为所述缺省外观集合的元素及值。
所述外观集合保存单元 311保存有一个缺省外观集合,当删除当前外观集 合的内容时,将该缺省外观集合的元素及值作为当前外观集合的内容。具体上, 外观集合保存单元 311会记录缺省外观集合的标识, 以方便上述操作。
当删除当前外观集合内容时,将当前外观集合的参考标识设置为缺省外观 集合的标识, 并更新相应的元素和值。
比如, 将一个外观集合设置为缺省外观集合, 该集合的标识为 00002, 则 外观集合保存单元 311将标识为 00002的集合作为缺省外观集合。当用户或服 务器或其它原因终端 300删除当前外观使用的外观集合内容时,当前外观集合 更新为:

本实施方式可以在删除当前外观集合内容后,无更新其他外观集合时将所 述当前外观集合内容更新为所述缺省外观集合的元素及值 , 避免产生外观空 缺。
在另一实施方式中, 所述终端 300进一步包括判断单元 313, 用于在收到 修改指令时等待用户反馈是否确定修改的指令,在确定修改时激活所述外观修 改单元 314
用户或网络向终端 300发送更改当前外观集合的指令,这可以是将当前外 观集合的内容从一个外观集合更改为另 个外观集合,也可以是更改当前外观 集合中的某一元素值。 当终端 300收到该指令时, 终端 300的判断单元 313 向用户弹出一个选择对话框,请求用户确认对当前外观集合的修改, 当用户确 认该修改后,判断单元 313控制终端 300的外观修改单元 314执行对当前外观 集合的修改; 当用户拒绝该修改后, 判断单元 313控制所述外观修改单元 314 放弃对当前外观集合的修改, 并还可以向网络返回用户拒绝更改的信息。 本实施方式可以让网络或用户在对当前外观集合进行修改前,由用户再作 一次确定, 避免误操作。
在另一实施方式中, 所述终端 300进一步包括外观查询单元 317, 用于接 收携带目标外观集合的标识的查询指令。在所述外观集合保存单元 311中查询 所述目标外观集合。如果目标外观集合的标识是当前标识, 则返回当前外观集 合中的参考标识和 /或参考标识对应的参考外观集合的元素及值。 如果目标外 观集合的标识是参考外观集合的标识, 则返回该参考外观集合的元素及值。
下面为示例:
网络发送查询指令: Get (CurrPkg)
终端 300返回外观值: Results (CurrPkg, refPkgID, 10002)
网络收到返回值后, 查询 10002对应的外观集合内容,可以获知当前终端
300使用的外观集合。
所述外观查询单元 317还可用于接收携带元素名的查询指令,在所述外观 集合保存单元 311中查询所述元素, 并返回元素名和元素值。
网络还可单独查询外观元素。
网络发送查询指令: Get (CurrPkg\Wallpaper)
终端 300返回元素值: Results (CurrPkg, Wallpaper, Snow.jpg)
此外,用户和网络可以通过两种方式来实现查询当前使用的外观集合或元 素值, 1 ) 当 RefID不是特殊值时, 通过返回 RefID可以获知当前使用的外观 值; 2 ) 当 RefID是特殊值时, 可以通过当前外观集合这一路径获得其中的元 素值。
本实施方式可以实现外观集合的查询功能,相对于无法一起查找多个关联 元素的现有技术缺陷,本实施方式可以根据携带相关标识的查询指令方便地获 得用户需要的外观集合, 外观管理能力较高。
服务器向终端发送激活某个外观集合的指令时,如果终端当前使用的外观 集合即为该指令中指定的外观集合, 则会使服务器下发的激活指令成为浪费, 也可能导致意外的错误。所以使用查询当前使用的外观集合的方法可以优化外 观的管理, 还能提供其它如获知用户的外观喜好等功能。 在另一实施方式中, 所述终端 300进一步包括外观集合重命名单元 316, 用于接收携带目标外观标识的重命名指令,重命名对应所述目标外观标识对应 的外观集合。
网络或用户可以对外观集合进行重命名,外观集合的名称可以保存在外观 集合内, 利用一个参数来保存集合的名称。在 DM的方式下, 还可以使用节点 路径的方式来保存集合的名称。 如, 当用户自定义了一个外观集合后, 该集合 的路径为: ".\Customization\UserDefme" , 当网络或用户对该集合进行重命名 时, 终端 300可以更改外观集合的节点名称为: ".\Customization\OurHouse"。
当外观集合的名称修改后,其标识也需进行相应修改, 以保证与修改名称 前的外观集合相区别。通过这样的方式,可以在下次继续制作自定义外观集合 时不会覆盖原先的选择。
本实施方式可以实现外观集合重命名功能, 增强外观管理能力。
在另一实施方式中, 所述外观集合保存单元 311是管理树, 其外观集合节 点下进一步包括激活节点, 所述终端 300还进一步包括外观集合激活单元,用 于接收携带目标外观标识的激活指令,在所述管理树中找到相应目标外观集合 节点下的激活节点并执行激活。
网络或用户完成对终端 300当前外观集合的修改后,终端 300应用修改后 的当前外观集合。 另一种方法是由网络或用户来选择应用的时机。 比如采用命 令的方式来应用元素值。
如: Activate ( .\Customization\CurrPkg)
对于 OMA DM的方式, 在该当前外观集合节点下, 需新增一个新的节点 "Activation", 设置为可执行, 然后网络发送对该节点的执行指令。
Exec ( .\Customization\CurrPkg\Activation)
还值得说明的是,上述本发明终端 300实施方式既可以采用硬件的形式实 现,也可以采用软件功能模块的形式实现。所述的各个单元可以全部整合为一 体, 或任意两个以上的单元整合为一体, 当然也可以每个单元物理分离。 上述 实施方式既可以作为独立的产品销售或使用 ,也可以作为存储在一个计算机可 读取存储介质中。
参阅图 4, 本发明外观管理方法第二实施方式是在终端上预配置有参考外 观集合, 所述参考外观集合包括标识、 元素及其值, 所述方法包括步骤: 步骤 401、 激活某个参考外观集合, 将当前外观集合的参考标识、 元素及 值分别更新为该参考外观集合的标识值、 元素及值。
也就是说如果要生成当前外观集合,可以将当前标识、参考标识及其参考 外观集合的内容一起形成当前外观集合。
步骤 402、 输出所述当前外观集合中参考标识对应的参考外观集合的内 容。
在另一实施方式中, 步骤 402后进一步包括:
步骤 403、 接收携带新参考标识的修改指令;
步骤 404、 将所述当前外观集合中的参考标识、 元素及值分别更新为所述 新参考标识、 新参考标识对应外观集合的元素及值。
本实施方式中可以直接更改当前外观集合的参考标识、元素及值, 更改的 方式是根据修改指令中的新参考标识得到对应的外观集合,将所述对应的外观 集合的内容(元素及值)覆盖所述当前外观集合的内容即可, 简单快捷地实现 当前外观集合的更改, 丰富用户体验。
在另一实施方式中, 步骤 402后进一步包括:
步骤 405、 接收携带新外观元素值的修改指令;
步骤 406、 将所述当前外观集合中的外观元素值更换为所述新外观元素 值, 并且自动更改所述当前外观集合中的参考标识。
本实施方式可以对当前外观集合中的元素值进行单独修改,并同时自动修 改参考标识, 以区别原先参考标识所对应的参考外观集合。
当完成修改后,还可通过上报当前外观集合的参考标识到服务器,通知所 述服务器用户已经对当前外观集合进行了修改。
在另一实施方式中,在将外观元素值更换为新外观元素值后,进一步包括: 步骤 407、 除当前标识外, 将当前外观集合内的元素和值记录并保存为新 外观集合。
本实施方式在修改外观元素的基础上,将修改过的当前外观集合保存为新 外观集合, 以方便下次使用。
在另一实施方式中, 步骤 402后进一步包括: 接收携带目标外观标识或元素的查询指令;
查询所述目标外观集合或元素, 并返回查询结果
当查询指令携带的目标外观标识是当前标识时, 查询结果为参考标识和 / 或参考标识对应的参考外观集合的元素及值;当查询指令携带目标外观标识是 参考外观标识时, 查询结果是该参考外观集合的元素及值; 当查询指令携带元 素名时, 查询结果是元素名和元素值。
以下分两个实施方式来说明:
1 ) 当查询指令携带目标外观标识是参考外观标识时
步骤 408、 接收携带参考外观标识的查询指令;
步骤 409、 查询所述参考外观集合;
步骤 410、 返回查询得到的所述参考外观集合的内容。
2 ) 当查询指令携带目标外观标识是当前外观标识时
步骤 411、 接收携带当前标识的查询指令;
步骤 412、 查询所述当前外观集合;
步骤 413、返回查询得到的所述当前外观集合的参考标识和 /或参考标识对 应的参考外观集合的元素及值。
本实施方式可以实现当前外观集合的查询功能,通过返回参考标识获知当 前外观所采用的参考外观集合及其内容, 外观管理能力较高。
本实施方式可以实现外观集合的查询功能,相对于无法一起查找多个关联 元素的现有技术缺陷,本实施方式可以根据携带相关标识的查询指令方便地获 得用户需要的外观集合, 外观管理能力较高。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解实现上述方法实施方式中的全部或部分步 骤是可以通过程序来指令相关的硬件来完成 ,所述的程序可以存储于计算机可 读取存储介质中,该程序在执行时,可以包括如下步骤:预配置参考外观集合, 所述参考外观集合包括标识、 元素及其值, 还设置当前外观集合的当前标识、 参考标识及其参考外观集合的内容;输出所述参考标识对应的外观集合以表现 所述当前外观集合的内容。 这里所称得的存储介质, 如: ROM/RAM、 磁碟、 光盘等。
综上所述, 本发明实施方式可包括以下技术效果: 1 ) 以集合形式对外观集合及其内容进行快速、 方便的管理、;
2 ) 通过更改当前外观集合中的参考标识及其对应集合的内容, 就能得 到各种各样的当前外观集合, 丰富了终端外观主题的表现形式;
3 ) 可以直接、 简单、快捷地更改当前外观集合的参考标识、元素及值;
4 ) 可以快速组合得到许多新的外观集合, 实现当前外观集合多样化, 使得外观主题丰富多彩;
5 ) 可以对当前外观集合中的元素值进行单独修改, 并同时修改参考标 识, 以区别原先参考标识所对应的参考外观集合;
6 ) 可以在修改外观元素的基础上, 将修改过的当前外观集合保存为新 外观集合, 以方便下次使用;
7 ) 可以将所述当前外观集合更新为所述缺省外观集合, 避免产生外观 空缺;
8 ) 可以让网络或用户在对当前外观集合进行修改前, 由用户再作一次 确定, 避免误操作;
9 ) 可以根据携带相关标识的查询指令方便地获得用户需要的外观集 合, 外观管理能力较高;
10 ) 可以实现外观集合重命名功能, 增强外观管理能力;
11 ) 可以实现外观集合激活功能。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1、 一种外观管理方法, 其特征在于, 应用于预设置外观集合的终端, 该 方法包括:
接收管理指令, 所述管理指令用于指示激活、修改、删除或查询所述外观 集合的一种;
根据所述管理指令, 执行所述外观集合的激活、 修改、删除或查询中的一 种。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述管理指令是查询当前外 观集合的指令, 所述执行外观集合的查询是返回可识别当前外观集合信息。
3、 如权利要求 2所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述外观集合是当前外观集合 时, 包括当前标识、 参考标识及其对应的参考外观集合的内容, 所述外观集合 是参考外观集合时, 包括标识、 元素及其值。
4、 如权利要求 3所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法中可识别当前外观集 合的信息包括:
参考标识或 /和参考标识对应的参考外观集合的内容。
5、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述管理指令是携带新参考 标识的修改指令; 所述执行外观集合的修改包括:
将所述当前外观集合中的参考标识、元素及值分别更新为新参考标识、新 参考标识对应外观集合的元素及值。
6、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述管理指令是携带新外观 元素值的修改指令; 所述执行外观集合的修改包括:
将所述当前外观集合中的相应外观元素值更换为所述新外观元素值,并且 更改所述当前外观集合中的参考标识与更换后的当前外观集合相对应。
7、 如权利要求 6所述的方法, 其特征在于, 在将外观元素值更换为新外 观元素值后,进一步包括: 将更新后的当前外观集合内的元素和值记录并保存 为新外观集合。
8、 如权利要求 6所述的方法, 其特征在于, 在更改所述当前外观集合中 的参考标识与更换后的当前外观集合相对应后,进一步包括: 上报更改后的当 前外观集合的参考标识到服务器,通知所述服务器用户已经对当前外观集合进 行了修改。
9、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于,所述管理指令是删除指令, 所 述执行外观集合的删除包括:
删除所述当前外观集合中的内容,将预先设置的缺省外观集合中的标识更 新为当前外观集合的参考标识,并同时更新当前外观集合的元素及值为所述预 先设置的缺省外观集合中的元素及值。
10、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述管理指令是激活指令, 所述执行外观集合的激活包括:
将第一参考外观集合应用为当前外观。
11、 如权利要求 10所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述将第一参考外观集合 应用为当前外观包括:
将当前外观集合中的参考标识值设置为所述第一参考外观集合的标识值 , 并且将所述第一参考外观集合的内容拷贝到当前外观集合中。
12、 一种终端, 其特征在于, 包括:
外观集合保存单元, 用于保存预设置的外观集合;
接收单元, 用于接收管理指令, 所述管理指令用于指示激活、 修改、 删除 或查询所述外观集合的一种;
激活单元, 用于根据所述接收单元接收的管理指令, 激活所述外观集合保 存单元中保存的外观集合;
删除单元, 用于根据所述接收单元接收的管理指令, 删除所述外观集合保 存单元中保存的外观集合;
修改单元, 用于根据所述接收单元接收的管理指令, 修改所述外观集合保 存单元中保存的外观集合;
输出单元,用于根据所述接收单元接收的管理指令,输出所述外观集合保 存单元中保存的外观集合的内容;
查询单元, 用于根据所述接收单元接收的管理指令, 查询所述外观集合保 存单元中保存的外观集合。
13、 如权利要求 12所述的终端, 其特征在于, 所述查询单元包括: 查询子单元, 用于根据所述接收单元接收的管理指令, 查询所述外观集合 保存单元中保存的当前外观集合;
返回子单元, 用于根据所述查询子单元的查询结果,返回可识别当前外观 集合信息。
14、 如权利要求 12所述的终端, 其特征在于, 所述修改单元包括: 读取子单元,用于获得从所述接收单元接收的管理指令中携带的新参考标 识;
更新子单元, 用于根据所述读取子单元获得的所述新参考标识,将所述外 观集合保存单元中保存的当前外观集合中的参考标识、元素及值分别更新为所 述新参考标识、 所述新参考标识对应的参考外观集合的元素及值。
15、 如权利要求 12所述的终端, 其特征在于, 所述修改单元包括: 读取子单元,用于获得从所述接收单元接收的管理指令中携带的新外观元 素值;
更新子单元, 用于根据所述读取子单元获得的所述新参考标识,将所述外 观集合保存单元中保存的当前外观集合中的相应外观元素值更换为新外观元 素值,并且更改所述当前外观集合中的参考标识与更换后的当前外观集合相对 应。
16、 如权利要求 12所述的终端, 其特征在于, 所述删除单元包括: 删除子单元, 用于根据所述接收单元接收的管理指令, 删除所述外观集合 保存单元中保存的当前外观集合中的内容;
更新子单元,用于将所述删除子单元删除内容后的当前外观集合的参考标 识更新为预先设置的缺省外观集合中的标识 ,并同时更新当前外观集合的元素 及值为所述预先设置的缺省外观集合中的元素及值。
17、 如权利要求 12的终端, 其特征在于, 所述激活单元包括: 标识子单元, 用于根据所述接收单元接收的管理指令,将所述外观集合保 存单元中保存的当前外观集合中的参考标识值设置为第一参考外观集合的标 识值;
内容子单元, 用于根据所述接收单元接收的管理指令,将所述第一参考外 观集合的内容拷贝到所述外观集合保存单元中保存的当前外观集合中。
