请参考图 3, 为本发明的外观结合示意图。 本发明包括一蓝牙 耳机 1与一扩音座 2。蓝牙耳机 1具有一可吸附件 12与一信号传输 端 10。 扩音座 2具有一耳机容置槽 20与一控制电路板(未标示) , 该耳机容置槽 20的两侧分别设置有一磁性元件 22。
其中,蓝牙耳机 1接近该耳机容置槽 20时,蓝牙耳机 1的可吸 附件 12会被扩音座 2的耳机容置槽 20两侧的磁性元件 22吸引,而 让蓝牙耳机 1快速的被容置于耳机容置槽 20内,同时达到定位的准 确性。蓝牙耳机 1与扩音座 2结合后, 蓝牙耳机 1的信号传输端 10 会与扩音座 2的控制电路板上的控制器 21电性连接。
再参考图 3, 扩音座 2的控制电路板通过一车辆信号连接器 3 与一车辆电器装置 (未标示) 作电性连接。 车辆电器装置为一车辆 音响或 /和一车辆发电装置。
请参考图 4, 为本发明的电路方块示意图。 本发明蓝牙耳机与 扩音座的结合装置包括蓝牙耳机 1与扩音座 2。请配合参考图 5,为 本发明的扩音座内部电路示意图。 其中, 扩音座 2的控制电路板包 括有: 一控制器 21、一扬声器 23及一麦克风 24。控制器 21为型号 FM1182的集成电路, 扬声器 23由型号 EUA6204MIR1的集成电路 连接电感元件 Ll、 L2及其它电子元件所组成, 麦克风 24由电阻元 件 R1-R10连接电容元件 C1-C8所组成。控制器 21电性连接于该蓝 牙耳机 1的信号传输端 10, 通过信号传输端 10与蓝牙耳机 1作数 据传输以及数据处理。 扬声器 23电性连接于该控制器 21, 受控于 该控制器 21, 以提供扩音功能。麦克风 24电性连接于该控制器 21, 受控于该控制器 21, 以提供声音获取功能。
再参考图 4, 当远程手机(未标示)来电时, 该控制器 21从该 蓝牙耳机 1取得一来电信号 Sl, 进而将该来电信号 S1送至该扬声 器 23与该麦克风 24, 以达到双向语音传输及扩音功能。 当蓝牙耳机 1容置于扩音座 2时, 扩音座 2提供蓝牙耳机 1扩 音的功能, 而扩音座 2的控制器 21具有消除共鸣声音(ECHO) 的 功能, 其动作说明如下: 当手机来电时, 蓝牙耳机 1按接听键, 语 音信道建立。 来电信号 S1经由蓝牙耳机 1传送到扩音座 2的控制 器 21进行处理, 控制器 21会将此来电信号 S1通过内部一模拟 /数 字信号转换器转成一第一数字信号并记录它,再经一数字 /模拟信号 转换器处理后,即通过扬声器 23将来电者讲话的来电信号放大出声 音, 而让受话者听到。
由于扩音座 2作为扩音功能,所以由扬声器 23出来的音量会非 常大声, 麦克风 24收到此音量, 即会产生一共鸣信号。 控制器 21 将此共鸣信号通过内部模拟 /数字转换器转成第二数字信号,并与之 前所记录的第一数字信号相互做比对。 假如第二数字信号符合第一 数字信号时,控制器 21会将此第二数字信号抑制,进而达到消除共 鸣声音(ECHO) 的功能。 再配合图 5, 参考图 4, 本发明的扩音座 2进一步包括一功能键单元 28, 功能键单元 28 由电阻元件 R56、 R57连接开关 Sl、 S2所组成。该功能键单元 28连接于该控制器 21, 传送一控制指令 S2给该控制器 21 , 以提供音量大小的调整功能。
此外,本发明的控制器 21还可以通过车辆信号连接器 3与车辆 音响 7、 车辆发电装置 8做电性连接。 当本发明连接于车辆音响 7 时, 控制器 21可控制该来电信号 Sl, 使它被切换至该车辆音响 7, 以利用车辆音响 7达到双向语音传输及扩音功能。
再配合图 5,参考图 4,本发明的控制电路板进一步包括一充电 单元 26、一电池 25及一指示灯 27。充电单元 26由型号 BQ24010DRC 的集成电路连接电容元件 C47、 C48及电阻元件 R52、 R53、 R55、 R56所组成。 指示灯 27由电阻元件 R36、 R37连接发光元件 Dl、 D2所组成。 该电池 25连接于该控制器 21, 提供控制器 21用电。 充电单元 26连接该电池 25与该指示灯 27。当本发明连接于车辆发 电装置 8时,充电单元 26通过车辆信号连接器 3接受车辆发电装置 8送过来的电力,并根据该电力对该控制电路板上的电池 25进行充 电。 再参考图 4, 蓝牙耳机 1从远程接收来电信息 SI, 并且通过信 号传输端 10将来电信息 S1传送到扩音座 2的控制器 21。 控制器 21处理来电信息 Sl, 并且根据功能键单元 28输出的控制指令 S2, 以进行声音传输路径的切换。 根据控制指令 S2, 控制器 21可以切 换声音传输路径到扬声器 23与麦克风 24,而由扬声器 23与麦克风 24进行双向声音传输及扩音。 或者, 根据控制指令 S2, 控制器 21 可以控制切换声音传输路径到车辆音响 7, 而由车辆音响 7进行双 向声音传输及扩音。
综上所述, 本发明蓝牙耳机与扩音座的结合装置, 使用磁性吸 附原理, 以提供蓝牙耳机与扩音座快速结合以及快速定位。 当蓝牙 耳机 1接近扩音座 2时, 蓝牙耳机 1的可吸附件 12会被扩音座 2 的耳机容置槽 20两侧的磁性元件 22吸引, 而让蓝牙耳机 1快速的 被容置于耳机容置槽 20内, 同时达到定位的准确性。
此外, 蓝牙耳机 1与扩音座 2定位结合后, 蓝牙耳机 1的信号 传输端 10会与扩音座 2的控制电路板上的控制器 21电性连接。 此 时, 当蓝牙耳机 1从远程接收来电信息 S1时, 通过信号传输端 10 将来电信息 S1传送到扩音座 2的控制器 21。控制器 21处理来电信 息 Sl, 并且根据功能键单元 28输出的控制指令 S2, 以进行声音传 输路径的切换。 根据控制指令 S2, 控制器 21可以切换声音传输路 径到扬声器 23与麦克风 24, 而由扬声器 23与麦克风 24进行双向 声音传输及扩音。 或者, 根据控制指令 S2, 控制器 21可以控制切 换声音传输路径到车辆音响 7, 而由车辆音响 7进行双向声音传输 及扩音。
以上所述, 仅为本发明优选的具体实施例, 然而本发明的特征 并不局限于此, 所属领域的技术人员在本发明的领域内, 可轻易思 及的变化或修饰, 皆可涵盖在以下本发明的专利范围内。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1. 一种蓝牙耳机与扩音座的结合装置, 其特征在于, 包括- 一蓝牙耳机, 具有一可吸附件与一信号传输端; 及
一扩音座, 具有一耳机容置槽与一控制电路板, 该耳机容置槽 设置有一磁性元件;
其中, 该蓝牙耳机接近该耳机容置槽时, 该磁性元件吸附该蓝 牙耳机的可吸附件, 使该蓝牙耳机容置于该耳机容置槽中, 并且让 该蓝牙耳机的信号传输端电性连接到该扩音座的控制电路板。
2. 如权利要求 1所述的蓝牙耳机与扩音座的结合装置,其特征 在于, 该控制电路板包括:
一控制器, 电性连接于该蓝牙耳机的信号传输端;
一扬声器, 电性连接于该控制器; 及
一麦克风, 电性连接于该控制器;
由此, 当来电时, 该控制器从该蓝牙耳机取得一来电信号, 进 而将该来电信号送至该扬声器与该麦克风, 以达到双向语音传输。
3. 如权利要求 2所述的蓝牙耳机与扩音座的结合装置,其特征 在于,该控制电路板通过一车辆信号连接器与一车辆电器装置连接。
4. 如权利要求 3所述的蓝牙耳机与扩音座的结合装置,其特征 在于, 该车辆电器装置为一车辆音响, 当来电时, 该控制器将该来 电信号切换送至该车辆音响, 以达到双向语音传输。
5. 如权利要求 3所述的蓝牙耳机与扩音座的结合装置,其特征 在于, 该车辆电器装置为一车辆发电装置。
6. 如权利要求 5所述的蓝牙耳机与扩音座的结合装置,其特征 在于, 该控制电路板进一步包括一充电单元, 该充电单元连接于该 车辆发电装置, 进而对该控制电路板上的一电池进行充电。
7. 如权利要求 6所述的蓝牙耳机与扩音座的结合装置,其特征 在于, 该控制电路板进一步包括一指示灯, 该指示灯连接于该充电 单元, 提供充电指示。
8. 如权利要求 2所述的蓝牙耳机与扩音座的结合装置,其特征 在于, 进一步包括一功能键单元, 该功能键单元连接于该控制器, 提供一控制指令给该控制器。
9. 如权利要求 2所述的蓝牙耳机与扩音座的结合装置,其特征 在于, 该控制器可消除该扬声器与该麦克风动作时所产生的共鸣声 音
10. —种蓝牙耳机与扩音座的结合装置, 其特征在于, 包括: 一蓝牙耳机, 具有一可吸附件与一信号传输端; 及
一扩音座, 具有一耳机容置槽与一控制电路板, 该耳机容置槽 的两侧分别设置有一磁性元件, 该控制电路板包括: 一控制器、 一 电性连接于该控制器的扬声器及一电性连接于该控制器的麦克风; 其中, 该蓝牙耳机接近该耳机容置槽时, 该磁性元件吸附该蓝 牙耳机的可吸附件, 使该蓝牙耳机容置于该耳机容置槽中, 并且让 该蓝牙耳机的信号传输端电性连接到该扩音座的控制器; 由此, 当 来电时, 该控制器从该蓝牙耳机取得一来电信号, 进而将该来电信 号送至该扬声器与该麦克风, 以达到双向语音传输。
