Abstract

Invention object is mechanism for dice spinning in the gaming machine that enables 'mixing' of the dice without external influences. After the invention, the technical problem is saved with the installation of two or more barriers (3) in the shape of cylindrical caps with convex produced cowl (4), installed in the circumference wall of the drum (1) while the dice lie on the rotating part (2) of the device.

Description

MECHANISM FOR DICE SPINNING IN GAMING MACHINE
Innovation subject is a mechanism for dice spinning in gaming machine, enabling 'mixing1 of dice without external influences. The innovation belongs to class A 63 F 05/00 of international patent classification.
The technical problem, successfully solved by suggested innovation, is the construction solution of such a gaming machine, that shall enable spinning of the dice, that have their surfaces marked with numbers and/or characters or symbols in order to achieve different winning combinations with gambling games.
Known methods of 'mixing' the dice with existing gaming machines, that is the machines, where the dice are set into a certain combination without human interference, are using shaking or throwing dice down. For this purpose, special machines have to be produced, that cannot be used for other purposes, like other type of game or other playing requisites.
With the invention, the technical problem is solved by implementation of two or more obstacles in the shape of e.g. cylindrical caps with a convex produced cowl, installed in the circumference of the drum, while the dice lie on the rotating part of the device.
Invention will be explained in detail on a performance example basis and pictures, as follows: Figure 1 drum with rotating part in cross-section with the display of barrier installation as with cylindrical caps with a convex produced cowl; Figure 2 cylindrical cap in axonometric view;
Displayed pictures show the invention object, where the drum 1 with rotating part 2 is equipped with one or more barriers 3 in shape of cylindrical caps with a convex produced cowl 4.
Barriers 3, that have prior cylindrical shape, have a carrying part 3a of the body and side parts 3b, with a channel 3c between the carrying part of the body 3a and side parts 3b. The channel 3c enables installation of convex installed cowl 4, e.g. produced of rubber or similar material.
Convex installed cowl 4 enables elastic bounce of the dice.
Mechanism for dice spinning in the gaming machine works after the invention by the principle of hitting the gaming dice that are pushed in motion with the help of e.g. spinning of rotating part 2. With acceleration of spinning the rotating part 2, the dice slip towards the circumference of the drum 2, where they hit into the eventual barrier. This is represented by the barriers 3, to which the moving dice hit and elastically bounce from them because of elastic convex cowl 4.
Entire gaming surface can be covered with polarization plates that can be moved for 90°. This way, with plates in an even position, it is possible to hide the winning combination before the end of dice 'mixing' and show it only after game is finished.
With such a construction performance of mechanism for dice spinning, the technical problem is completely solved; besides, standard gaming surface or its the rotating drum of the roulette, that can be played also with roll-out barriers released; can be used for a new game with dice..
