Abstract

 異なるビットレートが混在する光信号のOADM制御時に、効率よく分散補償を行う。  挿入制御部(12)は、挿入すべき光信号である挿入光信号のビットレートがk種類ある場合には、N入力ポートの内、k(<N)個のk入力ポートと接続して、k入力ポートへ挿入光信号を送信して挿入制御を行う。分岐制御部(13)は、M出力ポートの内、m(<M)個のm出力ポートと接続して、m出力ポートから送信された光信号の分岐制御を行う。N×M波長選択スイッチ(11)のk入力ポートと、挿入制御部(12)と、を接続するk個の方路(L1~Lk)それぞれには、ビットレート毎に対応した波長分散を補償するための分散補償を設定し、挿入制御部(12)は、挿入光信号の分散補償を行う方路を選択して、選択した方路を介して、挿入光信号をN×M波長選択スイッチ(11)へ送信する。
