Abstract

Es wird ein Sensorelement zur Bestimmung einer Gaskomponente oder von Partikeln in einem Messgas beschrieben mit einer ersten und einer zweiten Messelektrode (15, 16), wobei die Messelektroden (15, 16) als Interdigitalelektroden ausgeführt sind, die eine Reihe ineinandergreifender Verzweigungen (15a, 16a) aufweisen sowie jeweils einen Hauptstrang (15b, 16b), mit dem die Verzweigungen (15a, 15b) elektrisch leitend verbunden sind, und wobei die Verzweigungen (15a, 16a) der Interdigitalelektroden im wesentlichen parallel zu einer Längsachse des Sensorelementes (10) ausgerichtet sind.
