本发明实施例通过在用户签约数据中心储存消息主叫号码隐藏业务签约 用户的签约数据, 并在消息中心上为各签约用户设置对应的业务标识, 该签约 数据中包括用户设置的主叫号码隐藏策略。则消息中心可以根据签约用户对应 的业务标识, 在转发来自签约用户的消息之前, 向用户签约数据中心查询是否 执行主叫号码隐藏,用户签约数据中心根据用户的签约数据判断是否执行主叫 号码隐藏并向消息中心返回相应消息响应,消息中心根据该消息响应最终确定 是否执行主叫号码隐藏, 从而满足了消息用户的个性化需求。

具体实施方式
由于目前主叫号码隐藏只应用在语音业务中,而短消息业务无法实现主叫 号码隐藏。 为此, 本发明实施例提出如下技术构思: 组网时, 设置专用的用户 签约数据中心, 用于储存各短消息主叫号码隐藏业务签约用户的签约数据, 当 短消息用户需要开通主叫号码隐藏业务时, 通过业务运营支撑系统 (BOSS: Business and Operation System )将该用户开通业务时新增的签约数据发送给用 户签约数据中心, 用户签约数据中心添加并储存该用户的签约数据, 并通知短 消息中心( SMC: Short Message Center )该用户签订了主叫号码隐藏业务, 短 消息中心为签约用户设置相应的业务标识,并根据该业务标识来触发主叫号码 隐藏业务处理流程,签约用户还可以通过 BOSS更新用户签约数据中心上保存 的签约数据, 以及通过 BOSS执行退订业务的操作。 对于其他消息, 采用上述 的技术构思, 本领域的技术人员可以不付出创造性的劳动即可实现, 下面以短 消息的处理为例, 结合附图和实施例详细说明。
图 1为本发明实施例短消息处理系统结构示意图, 支设源终端开通了主叫 号码隐藏业务, 并在短消息签约数据中心上储存了源终端的签约数据, 如图 1 所示, 该系统包括:
至少一个源终端 11、 至少一个目的终端 12、短消息中心 13和用户签约数 据中心 14, 其中:
短消息中心 13分别与源终端 11、 至少一个目的终端 12以及用户签约数 据中心 14连接, 用于将源终端 11发送的短消息转发到目的终端 12, 如果确 定为该源终端设置了对应的业务标识, 则先向用户签约数据中心 14发送查询 消息;
用户签约数据中心 14接收短消息中心 13发送的查询消息,根据源终端的 签约数据判断是否执行主叫号码隐藏,并向短消息中心 13返回查询消息响应, 指示短消息中心 13是否在发往目的终端 12的短消息时隐藏源终端 11的号码; 短消息中心 13根据用户数据中心 14返回的查询消息响应确定是否在发往 目的终端 12的短消息中隐藏源终端 11的号码。
短消息主叫号码隐藏业务签约用户的签约数据可以存储在短消息中心 13, 也可用存放在其他网元中, 例如归属位置寄存器 (HLR: Home Location
Register )。 当然, 上述短消息中心和用户签约数据中心可以分开设置或合并设 置。
下面以短消息主叫号码隐藏业务签约用户的签约数据存储在短消息中心 13为例, 结合图 2来具体说明本发明实施例提供的技术方案, 如图 2所示, 包括:
步骤 S202, 源终端 11向目的终端 12发送短消息, 该短消息被提交到短 消息中心 13 ;
步骤 S204, 短消息中心 13接收短消息;
短消息中心 13中存有为短消息主叫号码隐藏业务签约用户设置的业务标 识。
步骤 S206, 短消息中心 13判断源终端 11是否签订了短消息主叫号码隐 藏业务, 如果短消息中心 13中存有源终端 11的业务标识, 即源终端 11签订 了短消息主叫号码隐藏业务, 则执行步骤 S210, 否则执行步骤 S208;
步骤 S208, 短消息中心 13向目的终端 12发送短消息, 并且在发往目的 终端 12的短消息时不隐藏源终端 11的号码。
步骤 S210 , 短消息中心 13向用户签约数据中心 14发送查询消息; 该查询消息用于查询是否在向目的终端 12发送的短消息时隐藏源终端 11 的号码。
步骤 S212 , 用户签约数据中心 14接收查询消息;
步骤 S214 , 获取对应源终端 11的签约数据, 并依据签约数据生成查询消 息响应;
在用户签约数据中心 14中储存了短消息主叫号码隐藏业务签约用户的签 约数据,这样短消息中心 13向用户签约数据中心 14发送的查询消息中包括源 终端 11 的号码标识; 用户签约数据中心 14接收到查询消息后, 依据源终端 11 的号码标识获取对应源终端 11 的签约数据, 并依据对应源终端 11 的签约 数据生成查询消息响应。
优选的,短消息主叫号码隐藏业务签约用户的签约数据可以包括签约用户 设置的需要隐藏主叫号码的短消息目的终端号码标识, 进一步, 还可以包括签 约用户针对不同的短消息目的终端分别设置的主叫号码隐藏时段, 例如:

这样,短消息中心 13向用户签约数据中心 14发送的查询消息中还包括目 的终端 12的号码标识和源终端 11发送短消息的时间;
用户签约数据中心 14接收到查询消息后,依据查询消息中的源终端 11和 目的终端 12的号码标识获取源终端 11针对目的终端 12的主叫号码隐藏时段, 如果源终端 11发送短消息的时间在针对目的终端 12设置的主叫号码隐藏时段 内, 则生成带有主叫号码隐藏标识的查询消息响应; 反之, 则生成带有主叫号 码不隐藏标识的查询消息响应。
步骤 S216 , 用户签约数据中心 14向短消息中心 13发送查询消息响应; 步骤 S218 , 短消息中心 13接收查询消息响应;
步骤 S220, 确定是否在转发源终端 11发往目的终端 12的短消息时隐藏 源终端 11的号码;
短消息中心 13接收到查询消息响应后, 如果查询消息响应带有主叫号码 隐藏标识, 则在发往目的终端 12的短消息中隐藏源终端 11的号码; 如果查询 消息响应带有主叫号码不隐藏标识, 则在发往目的终端 12的短消息中不隐藏 源终端 11的号码。
步骤 S222 , 短消息中心向目的终端 12发送短消息。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解实现上述实施例方法中的全部或部分步骤 是可以通过程序来执指令相关的硬件来完成,所述的程序可以存储于一计算机 可读介质中, 所述存储介质, 如: ROM/RAM、 磁碟、 光盘等。
为了便于更好的理解本发明实施例提供的技术方案,下面通过具体的实施 例进一步说明。
殳设号码为 12300000001的源终端已签订了主叫号码隐藏业务,用户签约 数据中心 14储存的签约用户的签约数据为:
殳设号码为 12300000001的源终端于 09: 30向号码为 12300000002的目 的终端发送短消息, 该短消息被提交到短消息中心,短消息中心判断出源终端 12300000001 签订了主叫号码隐藏业务, 并向用户签约数据中心发送查询消 息, 查询消息包括源终端号码 12300000001、 目的终端号码 12300000002和短 消息发送时间 09: 30; 用户签约数据中心接收到查询消息后, 依据源终端号 码 12300000001和目的终端号码 12300000002在签约用户的签约数据中获取源 终端针对目的终端 12300000002设置的主叫号码隐藏时段 08: 00 ~ 18: 00; 由于短消息发送时间 09: 30在主叫号码隐藏时段 08: 00 ~ 18: 00内, 用户签 约数据中心生成带有针对该目的终端 12300000002 的主叫号码隐藏标识的查 询消息响应, 并向短消息中心发送查询消息响应, 查询消息响应的内容可以包 括:
源终端号码字段 目的终端号码字段 标识字段
12300000001 12300000002 1 其中标识字段中的 1即为主叫号码隐藏标识, 相应的, 主叫号码不隐藏标识可 以为 0;
短消息中心接收查询消息响应后, 由于查询消息响应中针对目的终端
12300000002 的标识字段为 1 , 即主叫号码隐藏标识, 则在发往目的终端 12300000002的短消息时隐藏源终端的号码( 12300000001 ), 具体为将发往目 的终端 12300000002 的短消息中的主叫号码字段设置为空或设置为一特定字 段(如设置为 00000000000 );
进一步, 在上述实施例中, 如果用户签约数据中心储存的签约用户的签约 数据中没有源终端针对目的终端设置的主叫号码隐藏时段,则可以默认为源终 端针对目的终端的主叫号码隐藏时段为 00: 00 - 24: 00 (即全天都隐藏), 或 默认为源终端针对目的终端的主叫号码隐藏时段为 00: 00 - 00: 00 (即全天 都不隐藏)。
当源终端向群组号码(多个目的终端)发送短消息时也可以实现主叫号码 隐藏业务, 通过如下实施例具体说明。
假设号码为 12300000001的源终端已签订主叫号码隐藏业务,用户签约数 据中心 14储存的签约用户的签约数据为:
源终端 12300000001于 09: 30向多个目的终端(号码分别为 12300000002、
12300000003 , 12300000004 )发送短消息, 该短消息被提交到短消息中心, 短 消息中心识别出源终端签订了主叫号码隐藏业务,并向用户签约数据中心发送 查询消息, 查询消息包括源终端号码 12300000001、 目 的终端号码 12300000002、 12300000003、 12300000004和短消息发送时间 09: 30; 用户签 约数据中心接收到查询消息后 ,依据源终端号码 12300000001和目的终端号码 12300000002, 12300000003、 12300000004在用户签约数据中心获取源终端针 对目的终端 12300000002、 12300000003和 12300000004的主叫号码隐藏时段 08: 00 - 18 , 00、 08: 00 - 24: 00和 12: 00 ~ 18: 00; 由于短消息发送时间 09: 30在主叫号码隐藏时段 08: 00 - 18: 00和 08: 00 ~ 24: 00 内, 而不在 主叫号码隐藏时段 12: 00 - 18: 00内, 用户签约数据中心生成查询响应消息 并发送给短消息中心, 该查询响应消息带有针对目的终端 12300000002、 12300000003的主叫号码隐藏标识和针对目的终端 12300000004的主叫号码不 隐藏标识, 查询消息的内容可以包括:
其中的标识字段中的 1即为主叫号码隐藏标识, 0即为主叫号码不隐藏标 识;
短消息中心接收查询消息响应后, 由于查询消息响应中针对目的终端 12300000002、 12300000003的标识字段为 1 , 即主叫号码隐藏标识, 则在发往 目 的终端 12300000002、 12300000003 的短消息时隐藏源终端的号码 12300000001 , 具体为将发往目的终端 12300000002、 12300000003的短消息中 的主叫号码字段设置为空或设置为一特定字段(如设置为 00000000000 ); 由 于查询消息响应中针对目的终端 12300000004的标识字段为 0, 即主叫号码不 隐藏标识, 则在发往目的终端 12300000004 的短消息时不隐藏源终端的号码 ( 12300000001 );
在上述实施例中,如果用户签约数据中心储存的签约用户的签约数据中没 有源终端针对目的终端设置的主叫号码隐藏时段,则可以默认为源终端针对目 的终端的主叫号码隐藏时段为 00: 00 - 24: 00 (即全天都隐藏), 或默认为源
终端针对目的终端的主叫号码隐藏时段为 00: 00 ~ 00: 00 (即全天都不隐藏)。 再如图 1所示,本发明实施例提供的短消息处理系统还可以包括业务运营 支撑系统 15, 用于接收用户的业务开通或业务更新请求, 并将用户业务开通 时新增的签约数据或业务更新时更新的签约数据发送给用户签约数据中心 14;
用户签约数据中心 14新增并储存用户业务开通时新增的签约数据, 并通 知短消息中心用户签订了主叫号码隐藏业务;以及更新并储存用户业务更新时 更新的用户的签约数据。
通过本发明实施例,签订了短消息主叫号码隐藏业务的用户向目的终端发 送短消息时, 该短消息给提交到短消息中心 ,短消息中心接收短消息并在下发 给目的终端时, 将短消息中的主叫号码字段设置为空或设置为一特定字段,从 而可以实现在短消息中隐藏主叫号码, 增加短消息的趣味性和神秘性, 并可以 保护签约用户的信息隐私。签约用户还可以通过业务运营支撑系统设置签约用 户的签约数据,针对不同的目的终端设置不同的主叫号码隐藏策略来实现主叫 号码隐藏业务, 比如针对不同的目的终端设置不同的主叫号码隐藏时段, 这样 用户可以在不同的时段,针对不同的目的终端在短消息中隐藏或不隐藏主叫号 码, 进一步满足用户的个性化需求。签约用户可以通过设置签约数据以实现该 用户向亲朋好友发短消息时不隐藏主叫号码,而因工作需要向客户发短消息时 则在短消息中显示该用户单位的电话。 在组网时,设置专用的用户签约数据中 心来储存签约用户的签约数据,用户还能通过业务运营支撑系统在用户签约数 据中心中新增或更新用户的签约数据, 从而能减轻短消息中心的负载压力,对 系统而言, 能提高系统的灵活性和可扩展性。
与图 1相结合, 用户签约数据中心 14的一种具体结构如图 3所示, 包括: 第一存储单元 141, 用于储存各短消息主叫号码隐藏业务签约用户的签约 数据;
接收单元 142 , 用于接收短消息中心 13发送的查询消息, 查询消息用于 查询是否在转发来自签约用户的短消息时隐藏主叫号码;
生成单元 143 , 用于根据查询消息, 查询所存储的发送该短消息的签约用 户的签约数据, 并生成包含用于指示是否隐藏主叫号码的查询消息响应;
发送单元 144 , 用于向短消息中心 13发送查询消息响应。
与图 1、 图 3相结合, 短消息中心 13的一种具体结构如图 4所示, 包括: 业务标识确定单元 131, 用于确定为发送短消息的源终端设置了主叫号码 隐藏业务标识;
查询消息发送单元 132 , 用于根据所述主叫号码隐藏业务标识, 向用户签 约数据中心 14发送查询消息, 并接收所述用户签约数据中心返回的查询消息 响应;
短消息处理单元 133, 用于根据查询消息发送单元 132接收到的查询消息 响应确定是否在向目的终端 12转发所述短消息时隐藏主叫号码。
另外, 短消息中心 13还可用包括第二储存单元 134 , 用于储存为各短消 息主叫号码隐藏业务签约用户设置的业务标识。 业务标识确定单元 131 , 根据 所述发送短消息的源终端的主叫号码查询所述第二存储单元 134, 确定为发送 短消息的源终端设置了主叫号码隐藏业务标识。
为完成和业务运营支撑系统 15之间的业务操作, 在图 3中, 本发明实施 例提供的用户签约数据中心 14还包括:
更新单元 145 , 用于接收各短消息主叫号码隐藏业务签约用户的签约数 据, 并新增或更新到所述第一存储单元 141中;
通知单元 146, 用于通知短消息中心 13为新增短消息主叫号码隐藏业务 签约用户设置所述业务标识。
在图 4中, 本实施例提供的短消息中心 13还包括:
设置单元 135 , 用于接收用户签约数据中心 14的通知单元 146发送的通 知,并根据通知在第二存储单元 134中为新增短消息主叫号码隐藏业务签约用 户设置所述业务标识。
当然,签约用户还可以通过业务运营支撑系统执行退订业务的操作, 删除 该签约用户的用户签约数据, 并通知短消息中心取消该签约用户的业务标识。
本发明实施例中, 通过在用户签约数据中心 14的第一存储单元 141中储 存短消息主叫号码隐藏业务签约用户的签约数据,能够实现签约用户对主叫号 码隐藏业务的高级设置, 并能减轻短消息中心 13的负载压力, 提高系统扩展 性;通过生成单元 143依据第一存储单元 141储存的签约用户的签约数据生成
查询消息响应,可以实现按照签约用户设置的主叫号码隐藏策略来完成主叫号 码隐藏业务; 通过短消息中心 13的业务标识确定单元 131确定是否为发送短 消息的源终端设置了业务标识, 对用户进行鉴权, 限制向用户签约数据中心 14的查询, 降低系统的运算量; 通过短消息处理单元 133依据查询消息发送 单元 132接收到的查询消息响应确定是否在向目的终端 12转发所述短消息时 隐藏主叫号码, 能够完成主叫号码隐藏业务, 保护用户的信息隐私, 增加短消 息的趣味性和神秘性。还通过更新单元 145接收各短消息主叫号码隐藏业务签 约用户的签约数据, 并新增或更新到所述第一存储单元 141, 提高了系统的灵 活性。
本领域技术人员可以根据具体设定的流程,调整短消息中心和用户签约数 据中心的具体结构, 具体调整方法为本领域技术人员所熟知, 这里不再——赘 述。
综上, 通过在用户签约数据中心储存签约用户的签约数据, 短消息中心向 用户签约数据中心查询用户的设置的主叫号码隐藏策略,可以实现在下发短消 息时隐藏主叫号码。
显然 ,本领域的技术人员可以对本发明进行各种改动和变型而不脱离本发 明的精神和范围。 这样, 倘若本发明的这些修改和变型属于本发明权利要求及 其等同技术的范围之内, 则本发明也意图包含这些改动和变型在内。
Claims
1、 一种消息处理系统, 其特征在于, 包括:
消息中心, 用于根据为各消息主叫号码隐藏业务签约用户设置的业务标 识, 在转发所述签约用户发送的消息时查询是否隐藏主叫号码, 并根据接收到 的查询消息响应确定是否在转发所述消息时隐藏主叫号码;
用户签约数据中心, 用于储存所述签约用户的签约数据, 接收消息中心发 送的查询消息, 并根据发送该消息的签约用户的签约数据, 向消息中心返回是 否隐藏主叫号码的查询消息响应。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的系统, 其特征在于, 还包括: 业务运营支撑系 统;
所述业务运营支撑系统,用于接收各新增消息主叫号码隐藏业务签约用户 的签约数据或签约用户更新的签约数据, 并发送给用户签约数据中心; 以及 所述用户签约数据中心通知所述消息中心为新增的消息主叫号码隐藏业 务签约用户设置所述业务标识。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述消息中心和用户签约 数据中心分开设置或合并设置。
4、 根据权利要求 3所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述消息为短消息, 所述 消息中心为短消息中心。
5、 一种用户签约数据中心, 其特征在于, 包括:
第一存储单元, 用于储存各消息主叫号码隐藏业务签约用户的签约数据; 接收单元, 用于接收查询消息, 所述查询消息用于查询是否在转发来自所 述签约用户的消息时隐藏主叫号码;
生成单元, 用于根据所述查询消息, 查询所存储的发送该消息的签约用户 的签约数据, 并生成包含用于指示是否隐藏主叫号码的查询消息响应;
发送单元, 用于发送所述查询消息响应。
6、 根据权利要求 5所述的用户签约数据中心, 其特征在于, 还包括: 更新单元, 用于接收各消息主叫号码隐藏业务签约用户的签约数据, 并新 增或更新到所述第一存储单元中;
通知单元,用于通知消息中心为新增的消息主叫号码隐藏业务签约用户设
置所述业务标识。
7、 一种短消息中心, 其特征在于, 包括:
业务标识确定单元,用于确定为发送短消息的源终端设置了主叫号码隐藏 业务标识;
查询消息发送单元, 用于根据所述主叫号码隐藏业务标识, 向用户签约数 据中心发送查询消息, 并接收所述用户签约数据中心返回的查询消息响应; 短消息处理单元,用于根据所述查询消息响应确定是否在向目的终端转发 所述短消息时隐藏主叫号码。
8、 如权利要求 7所述的短消息中心, 其特征在于, 还包括第二存储单元, 用于储存为各短消息主叫号码隐藏业务签约用户设置的业务标识;
所述业务标识确定单元,根据所述发送短消息的源终端的主叫号码查询所 述第二存储单元, 确定为发送短消息的源终端设置了主叫号码隐藏业务标识。
9、 如权利要求 8所述的短消息中心, 其特征在于, 还包括:
设置单元, 用于接收所述用户签约数据中心的通知, 并根据所述通知在所 述第二存储单元中为新增的短消息主叫号码隐藏业务签约用户设置所述业务 标识。
10、 一种消息处理方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
消息中心根据为各消息主叫号码隐藏业务签约用户设置的业务标识,在转 发所述签约用户发送的消息时, 向用户签约数据中心查询是否隐藏主叫号码; 接收用户签约数据中心根据发送该消息的签约用户的签约数据返回包含 是否隐藏主叫号码信息的查询消息响应; 以及
根据所述查询消息响应确定是否在转发所述消息时隐藏主叫号码。
11、 根据权利要求 10所述的方法, 其特征在于, 还包括:
业务运营支撑系统将各新增的消息主叫号码隐藏业务签约用户的签约数 据或签约用户更新的签约数据发送给用户签约数据中心;
所述用户签约数据中心接收并储存消息主叫号码隐藏业务签约用户的签 约数据,并通知所述消息中心为新增消息主叫号码隐藏业务签约用户设置所述 业务标识。
12、根据权利要求 10或 11所述的方法,其特征在于: 所述消息为短消息,
则所述消息中心为短消息中心。
13、 根据权利要求 12所述的方法, 其特征在于:
所述签约用户的签约数据包括各签约用户设置的需要隐藏主叫号码的短 消息目的终端号码标识; 以及
所述查询消息中包括所述短消息目的终端的号码标识,所述用户签约数据 中心根据该目的终端的号码标识判断是否在转发签约用户发送的短消息时隐 藏主叫号码。
14、 根据权利要求 13所述的方法, 其特征在于:
所述用户签约数据包括各签约用户为需要隐藏主叫号码的短消息目的终 端设置的隐藏时段; 以及
所述查询消息还包括所述短消息的发送时间,所述用户签约数据中心还进 一步根据所述目的终端的号码标识查询所述隐藏时段 ,以及根据所述短消息的 发送时间和所述隐藏时段之间的匹配关系判断是否在转发签约用户发送的短 消息时隐藏主叫号码。
