Abstract

A method for updating objects having rights attributes, to solve the problem that a terminal device can continue to consume the original media objects after updating the media object. The method includes the following steps: the terminal device obtains the changed media object from the server, and obtains the corresponding new rights object from the rights issue server; the said terminal device installs the obtained media object, and deletes the original media object and the original rights object.
