Abstract

 本発明は、アニール処理しないプレス成形で所望の屈折率のガラスを得る最適な組成及び成形条件を短時間で選定し、効率よくガラスを製造することを課題とする。本発明では、アニール処理を経た場合に目標屈折率を示すガラスの組成を基本組成とし、目標屈折率+(100~850)×10-5の値を上下限とする範囲を所定範囲として、基本組成の成分比率を変更し、基本組成からの組成変化分に基づいて推測される屈折率推測値が所定範囲内で規則的に変化するガラスの組成を複数準備して候補組成とし、候補組成のガラス成形品を所定の成形条件で調製して屈折率を測定し、目標屈折率と一致又は最も近いガラス成形品の候補組成を実施組成に決定する。屈折率測定値が一致しない場合は成形条件を規則的に変更し、複数の成形条件で実施組成のガラス成形品を得て屈折率を測定し、目標屈折率と一致又は最も近いガラス成形品の成形条件を実施成形条件に決定する。
