　平面表示パネル（１０）と、 　回路基板（３０）と、 　前記平面表示パネルと前記回路基板との間に設けられたシャーシ（２０）と、 　前記平面表示パネル、前記回路基板及び前記シャーシを収容する筐体（４０）とを備えた平面表示装置（１００）であって、 　前記平面表示パネルの裏面（１０ｂ）と、前記シャーシの両面（２０ａ、２０ｂ）と、前記筐体の両面（４０ａ、４０ｂ）の色が熱を吸収する色で構成される。
