Abstract

Die Erfindung beschreibt ein System und eine Methode zur Herstellung eines als „konvergenter Anschluss' bezeichneten fixed-mobil-konvergenten Telekommunikationsdienstes bestehend aus einem Mobilfunkanschluss mit Heimzone und Parallelruffunktion, die von einem Nutzer über eine Selbstadministrationsschnittstelle ein- und ausgeschaltet werden kann, und in eingeschaltetem Zustand parallele Rufaufbauversuche zu einem Mobilfunkanschluss und einem Festnetzanschluss durchführt, unabhängig davon ob eine Mobilfunkrufnummer oder eine Festnetzrufnummer gewählt wurde. Die Erfindung ermöglicht weiterhin eine Reihe von Geschäftsmodellen für die Herstellung des als konvergenter Anschluss bezeichneten Telekommunikationsdienstes, insbesondere das Geschäftsmodell eines Mobilfunknetzbetreibers, Vorleistungen dafür an andere Telekommunikationsdiensteanbieter anzubieten, sowie das Geschäftsmodell eines Mobilfunknetzbetreibers, den an Kunden anderer Festnetzbetreiber eine Leistung zur Umwandlung eines bestehenden Festnetzanschlusses in einen konvergenten Anschluss anzubieten, ohne die Mitwirkung des anderen Festnetzbetreibers zu benötigen. Durch die Gestaltung der besagten Selbstadministrationsschnittstelle als mandantenfähige Schnittstelle wird erheblicher Integrationsaufwand vermieden, da die Selbstadministration ausschließlich im Mobilfunknetz eine Konfigurationsänderung bewirkt, und mithin beim Akt der Selbstadministration keine Interaktion mit dem Festnetz notwendig ist. Letztlich beschreibt die Erfindung einen Weg, wie ein Festnetzbetreiber die Rufsteuerung und die Herstellung intelligenter Dienste an einen Mobilfunknetzbetreiber auslagern kann, und durch Konvergenz auf Rufnummernbasis und Konvergenz der Dienstelogik Kostenersparnisse erzielen kann.
