Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé et un dispositif permettant d'atténuer la congestion des ressources de crédit, qui réalisent l'atténuation de l'état de congestion des ressources de crédit. Le procédé de la présente invention comprend les étapes consistant à : déterminer la congestion des ressources de crédit ; lorsqu'il est déterminé que les ressources de crédit sont congestionnées, sélectionner une action LDR de rebrassage de charge et sélectionner les RAB ou les utilisateurs selon l'action LDR sélectionnée ; et exécuter l'action LDR sélectionnée pour les ressources de crédit à présent occupées par les RAB ou les utilisateurs sélectionnés de façon à atténuer la congestion des ressources de crédit. Le dispositif de la présente invention permettant d'atténuer la congestion des ressources de crédit comprend : un module de détermination de la congestion, un module de sélection de l'action LDR, un module de sélection du RAB et un module d'exécution de l'action LDR.
