Abstract
光学素子の角度を高精度で調整可能であり、角度調整後にロックネジを螺合することなく、そのまま設定角度が長期間安定する光学素子ホルダを実現する。光学素子ホルダ10は、ミラー46を装着する保持部材14と、保持部材14と対向配置されたベース部材12と、ベース部材12の貫通ネジ穴に螺合され、先端が保持部材14の対向面に当接する複数の角度調整ネジと、保持部材14とベース部材12間を接合方向に付勢する圧縮コイルバネ70を備え、各角度調整ネジの軸にベアリング76のインナーレース76aを装着すると共に、そのアウターレース76bにプーリー78を装着し、このプーリー78間に弾性ベルト80を掛け渡してなる。
