　例えばマルチタスクＯＳを用いる組み込みシステムで用いられるソフトウェアを、ターゲットにロードすることなく、最適化するとともに、プログラムソースの自動最適化を可能とするために、プログラムソース内のシステムコールを抽出する手段２と、システムコールの性能データを記憶する手段３と、手段３に性能データが記憶されているシステムコールのうちで、手段２によって抽出されたシステムコールと機能が類似し、かつ性能の良いシステムコールを検出する手段４と、プログラム内のシステムコールを手段４によって検出されたシステムコールに置換する手段５とを備える。
