Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de production d'un élément en nid d'abeilles (9), comprenant au moins une couche métallique (1, 12, 13), la couche (1, 12, 13) présentant une largeur (2) dans une direction de pénétration (3) de l'élément en nid d'abeilles (9), et une longueur (4) s'étendant perpendiculairement à la direction de pénétration (3), et une face supérieure (7) et une face inférieure (8), au moins une couche (1, 12, 13) a) étant enroulée, ou b) empilée pour former au moins une pile, et au moins une pile étant tordue, procédé caractérisé en ce qu'au moins une bande de feuille de brasure (5) est fixée de manière adhésive sur au moins l'une des faces suivantes i) la face inférieure (7) et ii) la face supérieure (8) d'au moins une couche (1), la longueur (6) de ladite bande correspondant à la longueur (4). Le procédé de production selon l'invention d'un élément en nid-d'abeilles (9) permet d'appliquer la brasure de façon simple en des points quelconques, en particulier en des points qui sont décalés les uns des autres ou qui se recouvrent partiellement sur la face supérieure (7) et la face inférieure (8) d'une couche (1, 12, 13), de sorte que l'élément en nid-d'abeilles (9) présente une bonne élasticité et, par conséquent, une bonne résistance aux gradients et aux transients thermiques.
