Abstract

 MACヘッダのオーバヘッドを最小限に抑制しつつ、不特定数および/または異なるサイズの制御メッセージを多重したMAC制御PDUの生成手法を提供する。  送信すべき1以上の制御メッセージ(12a、12b)を生成し、前記1以上の制御メッセージを多重して制御メッセージブロック(12)を生成して、トランスポートチャネルで伝送される制御信号10を生成する。制御メッセージブロックは、多重される制御メッセージの数および/または前記各制御メッセージのサイズに応じて可変長である。前記制御信号には、前記多重される制御メッセージの数および/または前記各制御メッセージのサイズに関する情報は含めない。
