Abstract
The invention relates to an improved system (1) for production of foamed' plastic material products, such as EVA, particularly soles or other products with lightness and comfort features, said system providing a plurality of mol support elements, movable to move in correspondence of a plurality of stations (2), provided along a closed circuit path, one of said stations being a material injection station, said system being characterised in that at least one of said stations being an withdrawal /introduction station (2') of a mold support (3), said mold supports being removably coupled with the system, to b withdrawn/ introduced in the system in correspondence of said withdrawal/introduction station.
Claims
1. Improved apparatus for production of foamed plastic material products, such as EVA, particularly soles or other products with lightness and comfort features, said apparatus providing a plurality of mold support elements suitable to carry out all the operative cycle phases, movable to move in correspondence of a plurality of stations, provided along a closed circuit path, one of said stations being a material injection, with injection of material from above, said apparatus being characterised in that one of said stations is a withdrawal/introduction station of a mold support, said mold supports being removably coupled with the apparatus, to be withdrawn/introduced in the apparatus in correspondence of said withdrawal/introduction station; and in that each mold support is self-sufficient, being provided with an opening/closure mechanism, with a heating apparatus and being self- fed, so that each mold can be withdrawn from the apparatus during the operative cycle, without stopping the same and being able to carry out said operative cycle phases.
2. Apparatus according to claim 1 , characterised in that said injection station provides a plurality of injectors, preferably 2 or 3 injectors.
3. Apparatus according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that said withdrawal/introduction station provides a platform with a plurality of housings, said platform being movable transversely with respect to said apparatus, mold supports being housed within said housings,
4. Apparatus according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that rotation of the apparatus is obtained by a mechanism provided with wheels, said wheels being provided in a number corresponding to the number of stations, at least one, preferably 2, of said wheels being driving wheels.
5. Apparatus according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that said stations are provided along a circular, square, rectangular, oval, ecc. path.
6. Apparatus according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that said apparatus preferably provides six or eight stations.
