Abstract
It is intended to provide a channel reaction apparatus capable of achieving a high reaction efficiency and a high reaction reproducibility. A channel reaction system comprising using a channel reaction construct, which has at least a reaction channel to which a reactant has been fixed, a sample injection channel for guiding a sample fluid into the reaction channel and another injection channel for guiding a fluid other than the sample fluid into the reaction channel, and reacting specific molecules in the sample fluid with the reactant fixed to the reaction channel, wherein the sample injection channel guides the sample fluid to flow along the reaction channel wall face having the reactant fixed thereto while the other injection channel concurrently guides the fluid other than the sample fluid into the reaction channel so as to push the sample fluid toward the wall face as described above.
