Abstract

【課題】　本発明は、弁体の揺動を防止すると共に、揺動した弁体の衝接を緩和することによって、チャタリング及びこれに起因する騒音や破損を高度に防止することが出来る逆止弁を提供せんとするものである。又、流体送出用ポンプの送出口に直接逆止弁を連結することが出来るようにし、レデューサ及び直管を省略し、配管スペースを大幅に縮小化すると共に、小型で低コストな逆止弁の配管方法を提供せんとするものである。 【解決手段】　円筒状の流路を有する弁本体内に、半円板状の２枚の弁板を１本のヒンジピンにヒンジ状に軸支し、バネで弁体を常時閉弁方向に付勢してなる逆止弁において、２枚の弁板間に流れる乱流を弁体裏面に設けた下流側に傾斜を設けたリブにより整流し滞留させることなくスムーズに流してやることによって、弁体裏面に発生する圧力を低下させ弁体の表裏面に作用する流体圧の差を増大させ、流体圧の変動により発生する弁体の揺動を規制することを特徴とし、好ましくは、リブの配置は弁体中心に水平のリブと各上下に５～１０°傾斜させたリブを設けることにより安定した整流をはかれる。
