Abstract

　対物レンズの外筒から検体の熱が奪われるのを確実に防止できる対物レンズ加温装置、対物レンズを提供する。 　発熱体８からの発熱によって本体部７が加温される。本体部７は対物レンズ３の外筒３ａの外面に密着して嵌っているので、発熱体８からの熱が本体部７を介して外筒３ａ全体に効率よく、且つ確実に伝達される。外筒３ａに温度の低い部分ができることなく、外筒３ａ全体をむら無く確実に加温することができる。また、本体部７が外筒３ａの外面に密着して嵌っているので、本体部７の内面と外筒３ａの外面との間に全く隙間は存在せず、このため外筒３ａは周辺の温度変化の影響を受けることなく、所定の温度を保つことができる。従って、対物レンズ３の外筒３ａから培養液中の細胞２３の熱が奪われるのを防止することが可能である。
