Abstract
対物レンズの外筒から検体の熱が奪われるのを確実に防止できる対物レンズ加温装置、対物レンズを提供する。 発熱体8からの発熱によって本体部7が加温される。本体部7は対物レンズ3の外筒3aの外面に密着して嵌っているので、発熱体8からの熱が本体部7を介して外筒3a全体に効率よく、且つ確実に伝達される。外筒3aに温度の低い部分ができることなく、外筒3a全体をむら無く確実に加温することができる。また、本体部7が外筒3aの外面に密着して嵌っているので、本体部7の内面と外筒3aの外面との間に全く隙間は存在せず、このため外筒3aは周辺の温度変化の影響を受けることなく、所定の温度を保つことができる。従って、対物レンズ3の外筒3aから培養液中の細胞23の熱が奪われるのを防止することが可能である。
