Abstract

優れた血管新生誘導活性を有する新規な血管新生誘導剤及びその有効成分として用いられる新規なポリペプチドが開示されている。特定のアミノ酸配列を有するポリペプチドを有効成分として含有する血管新生誘導剤及びそれに用いられる新規なポリペプチドが提供された。この血管新生誘導剤は、優れた血管新生誘導活性を有し、褥瘡、創傷、皮膚潰瘍、閉塞性動脈疾患及び閉塞性動脈硬化症等の疾患の処置のための予防、改善又は治療に有効である。
