Abstract

【課題】回路基板との接続強度に優れた蓄電デバイス及びその実装体を提供することを目的とする。  【解決手段】 セパレータを介して配置された一対の電極が内在する電極保持容器と、前記一方の電極と電気的に接続され電極保持容器の上方に取り付けられた板状の上側電極端子と、前記他方の電極と電気的に接続され電極保持容器の下方に取り付けられた板状の下側電極端子とを備えた蓄電デバイスにおいて、前記上側電極端子及び下側電極端子の先端部表面にはメッキが施され、前記上側電極端子及び/又は下側電極端子は貫通孔を有し、前記貫通孔の内壁の少なくとも一部にはメッキが施されていることを特徴とする電気化学素子である。
