Abstract

　小型化を図ることができると共に、推力の向上と位置決め精度の向上を図り、又、電磁ノイズの影響を受けることがないように工夫したリニアモータと該リニアモータを使用したリニアモータ型グリッパと該リニアモータを使用したアクチュエータを提供するために、永久磁石と、一個又は複数個の励磁コイルと、を具備してなるリニアモータにおいて、上記上記励磁コイルの外周部近傍に磁性材料からなるヨークを設置した構成をなすものである。
