本发明涉及一种照明灯具,且更具体地涉及一种组合式无缝柔光大型装饰照 明灯具。 背景技术
随着人们对建筑物装饰的日新月异要求,尤其是对大型室内公共场所的照明 需求, 如室内运动场、展示厅、机场候机室、火车或汽车的候车室、地铁的站台、 大型超市、 大型会议室、 博物馆、 阅览室等宽大厅室, 以及生产流水线、 过道、 隧道等漫长通道场所,都希望得到超大或超长的照明装置。现有技术的灯管长度., 国内通用的是 48' '日光灯, 只有 1.2米长, 通用公司介绍有长 2.4米的灯管, 但 即使有更长的灯管, 此时必须为其配备比灯管本身更长而大的灯架,但现有技术 的灯架, 它的组件间的连接都是采用固定连接方式, 不能拆卸和更换, 其不但制 造成本昂贵, 并给运输、保管、 安装和维护等都带来许多不便, 甚至于受运输工 具或建筑规范的限制不能实施而缺乏实用意义,因而给发展更长或更大的灯具造 成技术上的障碍。
现有技术对于需要超大或超长照明的场所来说,大多采用传统的格栅灯或支 架灯具, 都只能按照光照强度的需要, 以减少灯与灯间的距离来实现, 如增加单 位面积内点光源的密度,或是采用两管或三管,甚至是四管并列的日光灯管组合, 但即使是做到灯与灯之间紧密相接, 也没法达到无缝的要求; 同时釆用密布星棋 式的灯具布局,在整个照明区域内光的均匀度较差,甚至还常常存在一些背光区, 特别是在大场所的环境下, 让人们缺乏连续宽敞的观觉, 且布局单调, 已不能适 合现代人追求宏伟视野的审美要求。 发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种具有无缝和柔光,可无限组合成超大或超长的大 型装饰照明灯具。
本发明是通过下述构思来加以实现的:
一种组合式无缝柔光大型装饰照明灯具, 主要由光源、灯体、 反射器和透光 层所组成, 所述光源、反射器和透光层都通过灯体连成一体, 所述灯体由型材通 过连接件接插组成。
所述型材的横截面呈匚字形,组成匚字的上水平边和下水平边上各设一上下 相对应的,并与组成匚字的竖边相平行的上短竖边和下短竖边,所述上短竖边和 下短竖边与上水平边、 竖边和下水平边共同构成一个与连接件相匹配的连接凹 槽。
光源通过反射器置于所述灯体内, 反射器和透光层则分置于光源的两侧。 在上水平边上方与竖边延长边处, 设有一个安装凹槽。
在安装凹槽上远离竖边的外侧处设有一凸棱,凸棱的下边与上水平边的上边 构成一与反射器相匹配的嵌装槽口。
所述凸棱远离嵌装槽口的一侧边为倾斜边。
在安装凹槽上远离竖边的外侧处挑出一搁板。
在上短竖边的外侧处挑出一搁板,在下短竖边的外侧处设有一凸棱, 凸棱的 下边与上水平边的上边构成一与透光层相匹配的嵌装槽口。 所述凸棱远离嵌装槽口的一侧边为倾斜边。
所述连接件为与连接凹槽相匹配的板材, 连接件两端间的夹角在>0° 〜 180° 之间。
在匚字形型材的竖边上靠近上水平边处设有装饰纹条。
在匚字形型材的下水平边上设有装饰纹条。
所述透光层是棱镜板, 或是透光薄膜, 或是透光纸。
本发明的效果是很明显的,本发明采用特制的型材为主体组成灯体, 型材具 有足够长的长度, 如 6米长, 当灯具需超过型材的长度时, 可以利用两端间夹角 为 180° 的, 即平直的连接件来接插, 将两根型材连接起来加长, 以此类推, 理 论上可连续连接至无限的长。 当需扩大面积时, 可以改用两端间夹角为>0° 〜 < 180° 的, 即弯曲的连接件来将两根型材接插连接起来, 从而可以组成任意形 状的灯体; 当用平直的或弯角的连接件按需组合接插时,理论上就可连接成无限 大的任意形状。上述无限长和无限大的灯具,采用本发明所述方案时是无缝相接 的, 并且是釆用在现场组合方式来完成的, 可以克服超大型灯具在制造、 储存、 搬运、 安装、 维护中所存在的一系列难题。棱镜板的采用, 可以在超长或超大范 围内, 获得连续的和柔软的光照, 达到本发明的预期效果。 附图说明

如图 1所示: 一种组合式无缝柔光大型装饰照明灯具, 主要由光源、 灯体 1、 反射器 3和 透光层 2所组成, 所述光源、 反射器 3和透光层 2都通过灯体 1连成一体。 光源通过反射器 3置于所述灯体 1内,反射器 3和透光层 2则分置于光源的 两侧。 如图 2所示: 所述灯体 1由型材 11通过连接件 12接插组成。 如图 3所示: 所述型材 11 的横截面呈匚字形, 组成匚字的上水平边 111和下水平边 1 13 上各设一上下相对应的,并与组成匚字的竖边 112相平行的上短竖边 110和下短 竖边 114, 所述上短竖边 110和下短竖边 114与上水平边 111、 竖边 112和下水 平边 113共同构成一个与连接件 12相匹配的连接凹槽 4。 此连接凹槽 4用于容 纳连接件 12的一端, 连接件 12的另一端, 则再插入另一型材 11的凹槽 4中, 从而每一个连接件 12, 就可将两根型材 11连接成一体, 以此类推可以不受型材 11本身长度的限制, 无限延长地达到所需的 "超长" 目标。 在上水平边 111上方与竖边 112延长边处, 设有一个安装四槽 5。 利用此安 装凹槽 5, 通过一与安装凹槽 5 的槽形相匹配的挂件, 可以轻易地将由型材 11 组成的灯体 1, 以及通过灯体 1连成一体的本发明所述的灯具, 以吊装式或吸顶 式或嵌入式地安装于建筑物上。
在安装凹槽 5的远离竖边 112的外侧处设有一凸棱 51, 凸棱 51的下边与上 水平边 111的上边构成一与反射器 3相匹配的嵌装槽口 6。所述嵌装槽口 6用于 眹装反射器 3, 光源则置于反射器 3上; 所述透光层 2则搁置于下水平边 113上 面,从而达到反射器 3和透光层 2通过灯体 1连成一体,并且实现反射器 3和透 光层 2则分置于光源两侧的预期效果。
所述凸棱 51远离嵌装凹槽 6的一侧边为倾斜边 511。 倾斜边 511有利于反 射器 3的嵌装和拆卸。

作为实施例的一种变换,在安装凹槽 5上远离竖边 112的外侧处挑出一搁板 52, 用于搁置反射器 3。

为了使本发明所述的灯具适宜用于垂直向安装使用起见,作为实施例的一种 变换, 在上短竖边 110的外侧处挑出一搁板 117, 在下短竖边 114的外侧处设有 一凸棱 118, 凸棱 118的下边与下水平边 113的上边构成一与透光层 2相匹配的 嵌装槽口 7。 所述嵌装槽口 7用于嵌装透光层 2。
所述凸棱 118远离嵌装凹槽 7的一侧边为倾斜边 119。倾斜边 119有利于透 光层 2的嵌装和拆卸。

所述连接件 12为与连接凹槽 4相匹配的板材,连接件 12两端间的夹角在> 0° 〜180 ° 之间。 当所述连接件 12两端间的夹角为 180° 时, 即连接件 12呈平 板状时, 所连接的两根型材 11时呈一直线地延长, 此时可实现如上所述的 "超 长" 目标。 当连接件 12两端间的夹角在>0° 〜< 180° 之间变化时, 被它连接 的两根型材 11走向将被改变,改变的大小就取决于连接件 12两端间夹角的大小, 故所以通过具有不同弯角的连接件 12, 可以将由型材 11组成的灯体 1, 做成随 意的形状和任意的大小, 即实现本发明所述的 "超大"的效果。 在被连接前, 型 材 11和连接件 12等所有配件的长短和大小都是有一定的限度的,所以便于制造、 储存、 搬运、 安装和维修, 至现场后, 再按要求组合成需要的 "长"和 "大"的 灯具, 且其是无缝的, 此乃本发明的精华所在。

为了达到装饰的目的, 在匚字形型材 11的竖边 112上靠近上水平边 111处 设有装饰紋条 115。

同样为了在另一方向面上达到装饰的目的,在匚字形型材 11的下水平边 113 上设有装饰紋条 116。

为了达到柔光的效果,所述透光层 2是棱镜板,或是透光薄膜,或是透光纸。 本发明构思具有如下特点:
會通过组合可以确定任意的长度。
暴通过组合可以无限地变化形状, 如正方形、 长方形、 菱形、 圆形、 星形、 波浪形等几何形状都可。
