[36] Hereinafter, the preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. The terms or words used in the specification and claims are not limited to the meanings found in a dictionary, but must be understood as having meanings and concepts which are defined within the scope of the invention, as long as the inventor can appropriately define the concepts of the terms so as to best explain the invention.
[37] Accordingly, the embodiment presented in this description and the accompanying drawing is onlyan example of the most preferred embodiment of the present invention. It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that changes and modifications can be made without departing from the principles and spirit of the present invention, the scope of which is defined in the appended claims and their equivalents.
[38] A pipe fixing element according to the first embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to FIGS. 1 to 4.
[39] FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing the pipe fixing element, according to the first embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 2 is a side view showing the pipe fixing element of FIG. 1, FIG. 3 is a view showing the use of the pipe fixing element of FIG. 1, and FIG. 4 is a bottom view showing a wall fixing unit of FIG. 3.
[40] The pipe fixing element according to the first embodiment of the present invention comprises a pipe fixing unit 100 and a wall fixing unit 170.
[41] The pipe fixing unit 100 comprises a body 110, a first fastening part 120, a second fastening part 130, a pressing part 140, a pressure holding part 150, and ribs 160. The wall fixing unit 170 comprises an internal nut 171, a nut support cage 172, a cylindrical cage 173, and an external nut 175.
[42] The body 110 has the shape of a cylinder which is open at one end thereof.
According to the first embodiment of the present invention, one body 110 is provided to surround the outer circumferential surface of a corrugated pipe 30 which is fitted over the outer circumferential surface of a water pipe 20. A bolt 112 protrudes from the predetermined portion of the body 110. The bolt 112 has a threaded on the outer circumferential surface thereof. The bolt 112, which is provided on the predetermined portion of the body 110, is inserted into the wall fixing unit 170, which will be described below. In this way, since the body 110 is supported by the bolt 112 according to the first embodiment of the present invention, a support part 111 is further comprised at the junction between the bolt 112 and the body 110, thus allowing the support part 111 to support the body 110 more stably by increasing the strength of the
junction between the bolt 112 and the body 110.
[43] The first fastening part 120 is provided on one end of the opening side of the body
110 and has the shape of a hook. In this way, the first fastening part 120 is comprised, and is coupled to the second fastening part 130, which will be described below, thus allowing the opening side of the body 110 to be selectively opened or closed. According to the first embodiment of the present invention, the first fastening part 120 has the shape of a hook, which is bent towards the interior of the body 110.
[44] The second fastening part 130 is provided on the other end of the opening side of the body 110, and has a hook shape corresponding to that of the first fastening part 120. According to the first embodiment of the present invention, the second fastening part 130 has the shape of the hook which is bent towards the exterior of the body 110 to correspond to the first fastening part 120.
[45] The pressing part 140 is provided at a predetermined position on the body 110. The pressing part 140 allows a user to apply force to the body 110 more easily when he or she desires to couple the first fastening part 120 and second fastening part 130 to each other or to release the coupling of the first fastening part 120 and second fastening part 130.
[46] The pressure holding part 150 is provided at the interior of the body 110, is made of an elastic material, and serves to compress the corrugated pipe 30. Such a pressure holding part 150 results in supporting of corrugated pipes 30 having various diameters more easily. Further, the pressure holding part 150 prevents the pipe from being broken or damaged when slight shocks or external vibrations occur. In other words, the elastic force of the pressure holding part 150 absorbs force caused by the slight shocks or external vibrations, thus preventing damage to the pipe, such as a water pipe or a corrugated pipe.
[47] The ribs 160 are provided on one side of the body 110 and the pressure holding part
150, respectively and engage with grooves which are formed on the outer circumference of the corrugated pipe 30. The ribs 160 serve to secure the corrugated pipe 30, inserted into the inner hollow portion of the body 110, at a predetermined position.
[48] The internal nut 171 is provided to be tightened to the bolt 112. According to the first embodiment of the present invention, the internal nut 171 is provided on the interior of the nut support cage 172, which is secured to the wall or ceiling and will be described below, and serves to secure the pipe fixing unit 100 to the wall or ceiling.
[49] The nut support cage 172 is provided to surround the internal nut 171. A hole is formed on the predetermined portion of the nut support cage 172 so that the bolt 112 is inserted into the nut support cage. According to the first embodiment of the present invention, the nut support cage 172 is embedded in the wall or ceiling of a building and secured thereto.
[50] The cylindrical cage 173 has a cylindrical shape to communicate with the hole which is formed on the predetermined position of the nut support cage 172. According to the first embodiment of the present invention, the cylindrical cage 173 is embedded in the wall or ceiling of a building to be secured thereto. As such, since the nut support cage 172 and the cylindrical cage 173 are embedded in the wall or ceiling, the water pipe 20 can be simply secured to the wall or ceiling by fastening the bolt 112 to the internal nut 171.
[51] The external nut 175 is provided on the outer circumference of the bolt 112, and prevents the rotation of the pipe fixing unit 100 after construction is completed. More particularly, in the state in which the wall fixing unit 170 is secured to the ceiling or wall, the bolt 112 of the pipe fixing unit 100 is rotated so that the bolt 112 is inserted into the wall fixing unit 170. And in the stats in which the pipe fixing unit 100 is coupled to the wall fixing unit 170 in this way, the external nut 175 is rotated so that the external nut 175 comes into contact with the wall fixing unit 170. Thereby, the pipe fixing unit 100 is not rotated relative to the wall fixing unit 170 any further.
[52] A pipe fixing element according to the second embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to FIGS. 5 and 6.
[53] FIG. 5 is a perspective view showing a pipe fixing element, according to the second embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 6 is a view showing the use of the pipe fixing element of FIG. 5.
