Abstract

 本発明は、水溶性が高く製剤化が容易である上に、必要な服用量を低減することができる抗高脂血症薬の有効成分になり得るポリアルコール化合物を提供することを目的とする。本発明のポリアルコール化合物は、下記式(I)で表される。 [式中、Rは、フィブラート系抗高脂血症化合物のうちカルボキシル基またはエステル基を除いた残基を示す。Xは、n個のポリアルコール部分をRに結合させるための結合基を示す。nは1~8の整数を示す。]
