Abstract

　本発明は、（Ａ）質量％にて、Ｃ：０．０２～０．１５％、Ｓｉ：０．１０～１．０％、Ｍｎ：０．１～１．５％、Ｓ：０．０２～０．５％、Ｔｉ：０．０２～０．１５％、Ｃａ：０．０００１～０．０１％およびＡｌ：０．０１～０．５０％を必須成分とし、さらに、Ｃｕ：０．０５～３．０％およびＮｉ：０．０５％～６．０％から選ばれる少なくとも１種を含有し、残部Ｆｅおよび不可避的不純物からなり、Ｎｉ、Ｃｕ、ＳおよびＴｉの含有量の間に［（Ｎｉ＋４．５×Ｃｕ）×Ｓ×２５００×Ｔｉ＞５］で表される関係を有し；（Ｂ）表面が、Ｓ：０．３～５．０質量％を含み、さらに、Ｔｉ、Ｃｕ、Ｎｉ、Ｎｂ、ＺｒおよびＶから選ばれる少なくとも１種を合計で０．５～１０．０質量％含有する錆により被覆されており；かつ、（Ｃ）表面に、β－ＦｅＯＯＨ成分のＸ線回折法により求められる結晶子サイズが５０ｎｍ未満である錆層が形成され、かつ前記錆層の分子吸着法により求められる比表面積が１０ｍ２／ｇ以上である耐食性に優れた鋼材に関する。
