Abstract

　大腸癌の病期の診断のためのＣＯＸ－２の検出方法、及びＣＯＸ－２を含む大腸癌の病期の診断用キットの提供。 　工程：ａ）糞便を採取し、凍結する工程、ｂ）凍結した糞便をＲＮＡ分解酵素阻害剤の存在下で均質化し、懸濁物を調製する工程、ｃ）得られたＲＮＡを抽出するための試料から、ＲＮＡを抽出する工程、ｄ）抽出されたＲＮＡを逆転写し、ｃＤＮＡを得る工程、ｅ）得られたｃＤＮＡを増幅する工程、ｆ）増幅されたｃＤＮＡを検出する工程、ｇ）検出されたｃＤＮＡ量を定量する工程及びｈ）得られたｃＤＮＡ量が大腸癌のいずれの病期に属するかを決定する工程を含む、大腸癌の病期の診断のためのＣＯＸ－２の検出方法。
