Abstract

Provided is a wheel bearing device with a sensor, which can detect the loaded state of a bearing easily and precisely. The wheel bearing device has a double row rolling element (5) interposed between an outer member (1) and an inner member (3). A strain sensor (21) and a processing circuit (40) are mounted on the stationary side member of the outer member (1) and the inner member (3). The strain sensor (21) includes a strain generating member (22) fixed on the stationary side member, and a strain measuring sensor element (23) mounted on the strain generating member (22). The processing circuit (40) processes a strain signal outputted by the sensor element (23) of the strain sensor (21). The processing circuit (40) has an offset adjusting circuit (42) for adjusting the offset of the output of the sensor element (23).
