Abstract

  切換弁(2)とエア使用機器(3)とを、水分透過性の高分子浸透膜からなる除湿部材(11)をを介して接続すると共に、該除湿部材(11)の水分放出面(11a)を大気に接触させることにより、上記切換弁(2)から上記除湿部材(11)を通してエア使用機器(3)に供給される供給エアを該除湿部材(11)で除湿すると共に、該除湿部材(11)を透過した水分を上記水分放出面(11a)から自然蒸発で大気に放散させるように構成する。
