Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft neue antimikrobielle Wirkstoffe auf der Basis von ß-Lactam-Derivaten, hergestellt einerseits durch Umsetzung von bekannten ß-Lactam-Derivaten mit Substraten von Polyphenoloxidasen unter dem Einfluss freier Radikaler und andererseits durch Salzbildung beliebiger ß-Lactam-Derivate mit Polyhexamethylenbiguanid-Hydrogencarbonat. Die neuen Verbindungen eignen sich als Antibiotikum.
