Description

Description A BACKREST'S CONTROL DEVICE
Technical Field
[1] The present invention relates to a backrest control device and more particularly, to a backrest control device capable of fixing or rotationally attaching a lower end portion of a back plate to an end portion of a back supporter mounted to a rear side of a seat of a general chair, a seat chair or an easy chair including a hinge formed at an upper end portion of extending the back supporter upward, a hinge axis protruded from a middle portion of the back plate and rotationally coupled to the hinge, a spring supporting axis mounted on a lower end portion of the back plate, a spring coupled to a back side of the back supporter thorough a fixing nut, and a bending portion formed at a front of the lower end portion of the back plate, whereby it can very easily and perfectly protect the user's waist. Background Art
[2] Generally, in case of a general chair, a seat chair or an easy chair, since a lower end portion of a back plate to an end portion of a back supporter mounted to a rear side of a seat is fixed or rotationally attached to a lower end portion of a back plate, when the back of the user leans backwards, the waist portion of the user is not adhered to the backrest, thereby being separated from each other.
[3] Accordingly, there is a defect in that the user's waist can be adequately protected.
[4]
Disclosure of Invention Technical Problem
[5] It is, therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a backrest control device in that the user' waist can be adequately supported by a backrest, thereby taking a rest in peace.
[6] Another object of the present invention is to provide a backrest control device in that the backrest is moved and rotated left and right in a state of leaning on the backrest, thereby the waist exercise can be easily performed.
[7]
Technical Solution
[8] To achieve the above objects of the present invention, there is provided a backrest control device capable of fixing or rotationally attaching a lower end portion of a back plate to an end portion of a back supporter mounted to a rear side of a seat of a general chair, a seat chair or an easy chair comprising: a hinge formed at an upper end portion of extending the back supporter upward; a hinge axis protruded from a middle portion of the back plate and rotationally coupled to the hinge; a spring supporting axis mounted on the lower end portion of the back plate; a spring coupled to a back side of the back supporter thorough a fixing nut; and a bending portion formed at a front of the lower end portion of the back plate.
[9] Preferably, the backrest control device further comprises a bearing mounted between the hinge and the back plate.
[10]
Advantageous Effects
[11] As described above, according to the backrest control device, the user's waist is supported by the bending portion located at the front portion of the spring, whereby it can very easily and perfectly protect the user's waist. [12] Also, where the upper part of the user's body is moved and rotated left and right in a state of leaning on the backrest, the back plate and the backrest is moved an rotated left and right centering around the hinge axis, thereby the waist exercise can be easily performed in a state of sitting up in chair. [13]
Brief Description of the Drawings [14] The above as well as the other objects, features and advantages of the present invention will be more apparent from the following detailed description taken in conjunction with the accompanying drawings, in which: [15] FIG. 1 is a schematically sectional view illustrating a backrest control device according to one embodiment of the present invention; [16] FIG. 2 is a schematically sectional view illustrating an operating status of the backrest control device of FIG. 1 ; [17] FIG. 3 is a schematically sectional view illustrating a backrest control device according to another embodiment of the present invention; and [18] FIG. 4 is a schematically sectional view illustrating an operating status of the backrest control device of FIG. 3. [19]
Best Mode for Carrying Out the Invention
[20] A preferred embodiment of the invention will be described in detail below.
[21] FIG. 1 is a schematically sectional view illustrating a backrest control device according to one embodiment of the present invention and FIG. 2 is a schematically sectional view illustrating an operating status of the backrest control device of FIG. 1. [22] The backrest control device according to one embodiment of the present invention capable of fixing or rotationally attaching the lower end portion of a back plate to an end portion of a back supporter mounted to a rear side of a seat of a general chair, a seat chair or an easy chair includes a hinge 3 formed at an upper end portion extending the back supporter 1 upward, a hinge axis 7 protruded from a middle portion of the back plate 5 and rotationally coupled to the hinge 3, a spring supporting axis 9 mounted on the lower end portion of the back plate 5, a spring coupled to a back side of the back supporter 1 thorough a fixing nut 14, and a bending portion 18 formed at a front of the lower end portion of the back plate 5.
[23] Here, the reference numerals 20 and 22 denote a seat of a general chair, a seat chair or an easy chair and a spring cover respectively.
[24] An operation of the backrest control device according to one embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail below.
[25] Firstly, where the back of the user leans backwards in a state of sitting up in chair, the spring 5 of the back plate 5 of a vertical state is compressed, so that the spring supporting axis 9 mounted on the back plate 5 is moved forward centering around the hinge axis 7. Then, the backrest leans backwards and the user's waist is supported by the bending portion 18 located at the front portion of the spring 12.
[26] Where the back of the user bends forwards, the compressed spring 12 is restored to the original state, so that the back plate 5 is moved forward centering around the hinge axis 7, thereby sitting upright.
[27] Accordingly, it can very easily and perfectly protect the user's waist.
[28] After use, where the user intends to sit upright again, the compressed spring 12 is restored to the original state, so that the back plate 5 is restored to the original state, thereby maintaining the original state.
[29] FIG. 3 is a schematically sectional view illustrating a backrest control device according to another embodiment of the present invention and FIG. 4 is a schematically sectional view illustrating an operating status of the backrest control device of FIG. 3.
[30] The backrest control device according to another embodiment of the present invention further includes a bearing 24 mounted between the hinge 3 and the back plate 5.
[31] Where the upper part of the user's body is moved and rotated left and right in a state of leaning on the backrest, the back plate 5 and the backrest is moved an rotated left and right centering around the hinge axis 7, thereby the waist exercise can be easily performed in a state of sitting up in chair.
[32]
Industrial Applicability
[33] The present invention relates to a backrest control device capable of fixing or rotationally attaching a lower end portion of a back plate to an end portion of a back supporter mounted to a rear side of a seat of a general chair, a seat chair or an easy chair including a hinge formed at an upper end portion extending the back supporter upward, a hinge axis protruded from a middle portion of the back plate and rotationally coupled to the hinge, a spring supporting axis mounted on a lower end portion of the back plate, a spring coupled to a back side of the back supporter thorough a fixing nut, and a bending portion formed at a front of a lower end portion of the back plate, whereby it can very easily and perfectly protect the user's waist. [34] While this invention has been described in connection with what are presently considered to be the most practical and preferred embodiments, it is to be understood that the invention is not limited to the disclosed embodiments and the drawings, but, on the contrary, it is intended to cover various modifications and variations within the spirit and scope of the appended claims.
