Abstract

 情報再生装置は、アナログデジタル変換手段、等化手段、補間手段、最尤検出手段、PLL手段を具備する。アナログデジタル変換手段は最小ラン長が1のラン長制限符号により情報が記録されている光ディスク媒体から読み出す読み出し信号をデジタル信号に変換し、チャネル周波数のN/M倍の第1クロックに同期して出力する。このとき、Nを2以上の整数、MをN/M>0.5を満たす整数とする。等化手段は第1クロックに同期してデジタル信号をPR特性に等化する。補間手段は等化手段から出力されるN個の入力データに基づいてM個の出力データに変換し、チャネル周波数の1/M倍の第2クロックに同期して出力データを出力する。最尤検出手段は補間手段から出力される出力データに基づいてMビットの検出情報に変換し、第2クロックに同期して検出情報を出力する。PLL手段は第1クロックと第2クロックとを生成する。
