Abstract

 本発明の課題は、押出成形時の目ヤニが低減され、長時間の連続運転が可能な芳香族ポリカーボネートの製造方法を提供することに係わる。本発明は、ダイホール9の出口部に半頂角4°~20°のテーパ部1が形成され、ダイプレート10の樹脂吐出面側に複数個のダイホール9の出口部が千鳥状に配列された押出機により押出成形する際に、押出機出口における剪断速度γが100sec-1~500sec-1、剪断応力τが50kPa~200kPaの範囲で押出成形することに係わる。
