Abstract

メインケーシングと;ケーシングの開口部に装着されその一部分が物体表面に接触されるシール部材と;ケーシングとシール部材とが物体表面と協働して規定する負圧領域と;負圧領域の内部において研掃材と圧縮された気体を噴出する研掃材噴射ノズルなどの物体表面に対して作用を施す手段と;メインケーシングと物体表面との距離を任意の距離に維持し且つ物体表面に沿って移動可能な手段;とを具備する装置において;負圧領域は真空源に連結されるとともに負圧領域と真空源との間には吸引気体用圧力制御弁が配置されており;負圧領域は圧縮気体源に連結されるとともに負圧領域と圧縮気体源との間には圧縮気体用圧力制御弁が配置されている。
