Abstract

　ＱｏＳが保証されたストリーミングにおいて、ザッピング時のストリーム切り替え速度を向上させ、なおかつ実使用ネットワークリソースを抑えることが可能な映像音声ストリーム配信システム、配信方法、および配信用プログラムを提供する。 　ザッピング先予測手段２１１が次の配信要求にかかるストリームを予測し、実際のザッピング操作による配信要求に先行して帯域管理手段２０９が予測ストリーム分の帯域確保のみを帯域制御手段２０５に指示する。
