Abstract

　第１液体２０と、この第１液体２０と混合しない第２液体１９とを備えて容器１２内に封入し、この容器１２内に加える電圧（物理量）を変化させることで、第１液体２０と第２液体１９との境界面２１の形状を変化させることが可能な液体レンズを有して光学素子１０が構成される。そして、第１液体１９側に配設された第１光学部材１７と、第２液体２０側に配設された第２光学部材１６とを有する。この光学素子１０には、第１光学部材１７に反射面１８ａが設けられており、この光学部材１０に入射した光線が、光の進む順に前記第２液体２０及び前記第１液体１９を通過後、前記反射面１８ａで反射し、再び前記第１液体１９及び前記第２液体２０を通過して、射出されるように構成されている。
